My son has been a patient of Dr. Cook for a couple of months, and I just recently had my first appointment with her! We both find her to be approachable, knowledgeable, kind, patient and professional. She always listens to our concerns and offers solutions. I highly recommend her as a dermatologist!

It took a little while to get an appointment at Compass dermatology but it was well worth it! I saw Dr Liu and she was amazing - very caring and professional and I finally understand what's going on with my skin now! The front desk is also very pleasant and responsive and the whole space is so modern and clean! I felt like I was very well taken care of my entire time there!

This Toronto Clinic was referred to us from our retiring doctor. Took a while to get an appointment with Dr. Julia, but it was worth the wait. The entire team is ultra courteous and efficient. Dr. Julia is such a great professional with outstanding Diagnostic Skills and Resources that puts her amongst the Tops in Toronto. She ex-hudes such a calming confidence in her treatment that eases patient anxiety.

Although a very busy clinic, when she is with you, she is totally present and gives you the attention and time with non confusing explanation, so that you understand your condition and the next steps. A great Dermatology Clinic.

I brought my daughter to see Dr. Carroll for her eczema in November 2021. The office staff was attentive and runs a smooth operation; we didn't have to wait long and there is plenty of space for everyone to be socially distant. Dr. Carroll answered all of our questions and gave US an education on treating eczema. My 10 year old was taught to care for herself and see the signs of a flare up.

After a month of following Drs orders her skin is cleared up and she can sleep again. We are incredibly grateful for Dr. Carroll and her team. Do not hesitate to book an appointment!

How can a full body skin check take less than 5 minutes and not using the proper tools?

Great experience with Compass Dermatology. Girls at front reception are really pleasant and friendly. The office is clean and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. My experience with Dr Liu was a very good one. She was thorough in addressing my concerns and friendly. While doing a procedural skin tag removal on my neck area, Dr. Liu was very attentive and mindful of my level of comfortably. Procedure was a breeze :. I will definitely be using their services again.

Dr. Carroll and her entire team at Compass Dermatology are the very best. Everyone is professional, pleasant and provide outstanding service. I feel very comfortable and confident when I am there. I am so pleased to have found them!

Compass Dermatology is an incredible place to get all your skincare needs met. Not only is the clinic clean, cutting edge and beautiful, the staff is friendly and warm. Dr. Julia Carroll is an incredibly knowledgeable dermatologist who tells you exactly what your skin needs, in a measured and practical way (she never suggests treatments for the sake of it).

She is relatable and it is easy to open up to her about your skin vulnerabilities. She is also extremely credible and respected in the industry which makes you very comfortable as a patient. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone who is struggling with their skin, or simply wants a place where they can have a trusted partner o while they navigate their skin journey.

Love the renovations at Compass Dermatology. The clinic looks so inviting and professional. I felt such a warm welcoming feeling from desk staff when I checked in. Dr. Cook is exceptional. She was personable, sweet and knowledgeable. Dr. Cook paid attention to my concerns and addressed them. She is very patient and caring. I put all my trust into Compass with absolute expertise. Last fall I had a sudden and massive skin infection on the side of my face. The swelling caused my face to be distended and turn black and purple which was frightening. Dr. Cook and the team at Compass Dermatology took me in right away and have been treating me for the last several months. In the early stages, it was weekly wound care of that went on for months. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Cook and the entire team at compass. They went above to help me during a very frightening time.

I visited Compass on a referral basis from my family doctor for issues I've been going through with my hair and scalp. My experience with reception was exceptional. She took her time to listen to my concerns and to find a suitable time slot that worked with my schedule. The positive experience ended there. When speaking to reception, she mentioned that since it would be my first visit, I should expect a 45-60 minute appointment as it was common protocol for the doctor to get to know the patient and ask thorough questions.

My visit with Dr Annie Lu lasted less than 15 minutes. I felt incredibly rushed. She did a quick examination with a self-assured diagnoses. It felt as though she was trying to cut the appointment short by standing at the door for the remainder of our short conversation. She didn't actually take the time to listen to the concerns I had for certain treatments and instead offered solutions that are 'based on science and are therefore my only options'.

I really felt that Dr Lu lacked compassion and patience. As someone seeking support and guidance out of vulnerability, I was hoping to leave my appointment with confidence. I drove home completely defeated. I will not be returning to Compass, nor will I ever recommend it.

I have been going to compass dermatology for over 5 years. Dr. Cook is amazing, the staff are extremely helpful and their facilities are stunning! Even throughout the pandemic I have always felt safe visiting the clinic because of their attention to cleaning and sanitization. Very happy here.

I'm absolutely thrilled with my results and love everyone in the office

I visited Compass Dermatology for the first and last time today and waited 35 minutes in an examining room for the doctor to arrive. I have no issue with waiting for a physician as I know that things can come up- patients with problems or unexpected issues can arise. The first thing the doctor said when she came in was that she knew I had three. problems and she could only take care of one problem today.

She told me that I needed to make appointments for the other problems. As I have both a knee and shoulder injury, I told her that I could not come back very easily. She still insisted that she could only take care of one problem and that other patients were waiting for their one problem.

Took 2.5 weeks to refill an antibiotic prescribed by Dr. Redlick that I was supposed to be taking daily. I followed up more than five times during this period and was told repeatedly that I would be contacted by their staff but never was. Extremely disappointed with the Compass Dermatology service, as my skin has gotten much worse in the time elapsed.

The 8 point lift is a miracle. My skin looks younger and fresher. Highly satisfied with the treatment.

I went to Compass Dermatology for a lip enhancement. I am so impressed and now I have full lips I have never felt so confident and beautiful. Thank you Dr. Carroll.
