Sasha Orchid Anika Kasha and Dr Allan are the reason I stay at this medical center I truly love them they are professional caring and organized this facility do not stand a chance with out them they need raises and Sasha needs to manage the whole building I don't know how I would have handled this overwhelming ordeal that happening in my life they been so supportive of everything I need I feel like there only patient I can't express in words how much I truly LOVE them God Bless everything they touch

Company called me for an interview to be an executive assistant which I am qualified for. First of all when you get there, they had 3 other candidates scheduled for the same time! Had to wait for a whole hour for her to tell me the position is filled and they are looking for an inventory specialist! Pls don't waste your time with this company! They couldn't even call to notify me that they are not hiring anymore! Hiring manager hires her own ppl that have Guyanese last names!

Little did she know I'm Guyanese and I understood what she was telling another Guyanese girl! Very unprofessional work environment. Let me not even comment on how she speaks to her staff! Very inappropriate!

They have all types of services here but neurology is the worst I had to reschedule 3 times, you get an appointment for 8 am and it's 12 pm and no one has called me, this happens all the time it's so slow there are times that I just leave I now I waisted my time waiting for no reason but I get annoyed, and it be packed always they need to hire some more doctor's or the doctor needs to work faster, because everyone else is.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HORRIFIC MEDICAL CENTER! Not only do they cram and overbook, once the patient arrives they are waiting for over an hour sometimes all day long :

I have a surgery schedule for 7:30 am it is now 10:30 am and I have not yet to be seen or notified why I haven't been seen yet. I'm developing a headache and gas pains because I have eat anything yet! Stress in on high and I gave to have a major surgery! The worst feeling ever.

The ONLY POSITIVE THING ABOUT THIS PLACE is the Personal Injury Department! If it wasn't for the Ladies Back There The Entire Building Would Catch On Fire! Reiny, Stephanie, Erica, & Sasha are a GODSEND! They take everyone else's problems and solve them, they go above and beyond their job everyday to make things as easy as possible for patients and they actually care! Idk who in Management or Administration or Corporate Needs to see this!

But those women don't get paid enough for what they deal with and the entire building truly have a Blessing with them! I wish ppl fixed the system of patients having to go to multiple departments for one issue every visit, like to get those yellow sheets on entirely different floors! Idk who's idea that was but that was DUMB! Yea let's send ppl who are there because they're hurt to different floors because we can't come up with a system to have everything electronically available in everyone's system.

Anyway those Lady's deal with all of the unnecessary anger and drama that they don't even deserve with the HIGHEST level of PROFESSIONALISM a and I am grateful to deal with them!

Honestly if I could give this place a negative one million stars I would, can't believe this, is like they book 100 appointment for the same hour then lie to everyone telling them there's 2 people in front, then you think your next and you find out there's really like 10 more people in front cause they move up the chart if you complain, and the Rebecca girl she's a liar really lied In my face, they don't know how to time Manage, I really been here since 10:30 am my appointment was at 11:45am and is 3:16pm and I'm still here waiting, everyone is complaining, also they told us not to eat anything 6 hour prior, so just imagine wasting your whole day if you book an appointment. Definitely negative -10 star for this place

In the Neurology department the attention is terrible, they treat about 50 patients in an hour! You enter you sit down and the Dr or Dra sees you not even 5 minutes! He does not listen to you! They told me that they could put me a medicine for pain through my nose (I had no pain or migraine and the Dr. insisted that I put it on until an appointment to put it on, she did without me saying yes!

She sent me to do an MRI where she said everything was normal (but I was still sick) I went to Montefiore and there they did a study that resulted in damaged arteries! Do not waste time here and do not give yourself that injection (my Sister gave it and she regretted it!)

This place right here.straight HORRIBLE HORRABBLEEE Don't even waste your time going here. You could make an appointment at 9 & won't be out until 1. Its ridiculous yall need to get more doctors up in there. They book there patients up for the same time so you could be sitting there for hours until you are seen. I had two appointments in one day ended up leaving & not even getting to see any doctor.

Just ridiculous. People have other things to do throughout the day. The staff /receptionists are okay they can do better too. They teach all of this in college yet people still rude & unprofessional its insane. I would not recommend this place at all. I will be changing my clinic ASAP.

THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE OVER THERE ALWAYS RING i CAN CALL 5 TIMES DURING THE DAY AND NEVER AN ANSWER. THEY BETTER SERVICES
