Diagnostic Outpatient Imaging

I've been to many facilities and can say I'm very impressed with this location. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Service was fast and professional. Clean and sterile facility. You could tell everyone loved their jobs.

Today was my first visit at this location, the staff was really friendly. While in the back I was observing how the staff interacts with one another and it's really cool to see that they joke around and have fun with one another. I have worked in medical practices before and the staff here was definitely the best I've seen. For how busy the staff were, they handled it amazingly.

The male who was helping me with my MRI was extremely nice and comforting (I apologize I don't remember his name). I didn't realize I would have so much anxiety having a MRI but he helped me feel more comfortable throughout the experience. Everyone here was amazing and so kind. Hopefully I won't have to come back but if I do I'll definitely be happy to come here. Thank you everyone! :)

I am currently in shock from the unbelievably awful Service I had today. I admit I showed up at the wrong location and instead of being 30mins early is was only 15mins early arriving at the correct location. The facilities system was down and they couldn't access my information. I didn't have a copy of my orders and they couldn't pull them up so I offered to drive the.25 miles to the dr.

Office to get a copy since they couldn't pull it up on the computer. They repeatedly told me no and I again asked so they asked the technician. By that time it was 10mins after my appt time and the Technician told them it would take too long and they would not be able to do my MRI! If I had gone when I first asked I would have already been back. They then couldn't rebook me because the system was down and told me I was out of luck.

He actually told me if I had arrived 30mins early this wouldn't be an issue. So apparently my fault not that the system was down so they couldnt pull up my orders or see I even had an appointment. It took me 3weeks to get that appointment and now I have to wait again. I then called the other location to rebook and spent 2hours on told to have them hang up on me.

I am without the right words to express my astonishment. I called southwest X-ray, immediately gone a Person and have an MRI booked next week. I will never think of booking here again.

I was pretty nervous going into my mri because of my anxiety. I got brought back maybe 5 minutes after my appt time and for a doctors office that's a great thing. Atzel was extremely kind and welcoming. She put ear plugs in my ears because she said it would be loud and put a blanket over me because it was cold in there. She walked me though the whole process and even let me know during it that we were half way done, almost done, and that I was doing a good job. Stephanie at the front desk was nice and welcoming as well and let me know I got could get my results emailed to me. As long as I receive my results I will be a really happy patient. Great staffing!

The MRI went fine, but the 1 hr + hold time needs to be addressed. If they don't have anyone to answer phone calls they need to warn patients to put aside a few hours to wait on hold, or make some other arrangements to receive records.

I came here for an MRI and my wait time was short. I didn't even get to read the book I brought with me in the waiting area (not complaining). The staff was courteous and patient with me, the MRI tech was communicative and explicit with the steps of the procedure to put me at ease and let me know what was happening. This is an excellent facility and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of medical imaging!

We tried making an appointment over the phone, called everyday and nobody answered. We left voicemails and they never got back to us. Very unprofessional. Ended up having to go to another center.

I would like to thank Laura for helping us getting an appointment. We were having a hard time to find a spot since we needed this MRI to be done sooner since it was an emergency. She went above and beyond to help us. Definitely one of the best customer experience that I ever had. Thank you.

The staff was friendly and courteous. My only and MAJOR complaint is they DO NOT send the images/readings to the correct doctors if at all. I was told my record was sent out and that it would be sent again before mu appt with my PCM.NEVER WAS SENT. The nurse at my PCM had to finally call, AGAIN, to get them.so BEWARE.make sure they are sent and if possible get your own copy.

The us tech was awesome and placed me at ease and the pathologist me me very comfortable. Due to I was very nervous you don't get a biopsy everyday. Great instruction and they were very pleasant and professional. Thank you for the great experience. Norma contreras

I was so nervous going in for a needle biopsy. The front ladies were very nice, the ultra sound tech knew exactly what she was doing, very efficient. Dr. Boushka made me feel so at ease seconds after he came into the room, explained everything clearly and made this procedure easy and painless. I highly recommend this place.
