Services
Palmetto Pediatrics Downtown is open Saturday and Sunday mornings for emergency sick visits. We encourage you to call us should your child become ill to ensure continuity of care is established. Our offices are equipped to assist you for most illnesses/injuries. In addition, since we have access to your child's chart, our physicians are able to offer comprehensive care.
Learning you are pregnant can be one of the most memorable times of your life. Choosing a pediatrician is one of the most important decisions you can make for your baby. Before you have your baby, contact our practice office that is most convenient to you. Let us know your due date. We'd then love for you to schedule a "Get To Know Us" visit, tour our facility and meet some of our physicians!
As they grow, children are always learning new things. These are just some of the things you should be looking for as your child grows. Because every child develops at his or her own pace, your child may reach these milestones slightly before or after other children the same age. Dr. Miller is wonderful. From our very first visit after our baby was born to now her 12 month check up. All the staff are wonderful. The doctor answers your questions with no judgment. All the staff are wonderful and are great about making quick emergency appointments when you have a little babe and you're a new overly worried mama. We will be seeing dr. Miller for hopefully all of my daughter's pediatric needs.

My child trusts Dr. Miller and they have a great repoire. If I need to bring her in for a visit the staff is always able to accommodate our schedule. Dr. Miller has been instrumental in my daughter's health care. She has identified important issues early on and is kind and helpful. I chose Palmetto Pediatrics initially because of their staff lactation consultant and I'm so pleased with the care My child has received.

This is such a great office! I have already recommended them to multiple parents who have become equally satisfied. From the friendly faces at the front desk, to the nurses, and the physicians. Both of my boys see Dr. Rollins, and our family adores her. She keeps it real, which is refreshing! Highly recommend this office and Dr. Rollins.

Me and my two boys (Sawyer & Finley) absolutely love Dr. Rollins and staff! We live almost in Gilbert but drive to Irmo because we love her so much. She has a gift with children and can examine them without them even realizing or makes the exams "fun or silly" so they don't even notice. She has a very unique personality, impeccable bedside manor, and is so down to earth.
What you see is what you get. She's all around just a great person and to us, she's family. She's a God-send and we are very fortunate to have a doctor that truly cares about her patients.

I love Dr. Mills and Sandhills Pediatrics! It has officially been a year of her being my sons pediatrician, As a first time mom she has always been kind, knowledgeable, understanding and very patient. No question that I asked has she ever made me feel silly about asking or visiting for every little thing. She has always been available I have never had to meet with another pediatrician.
She always has sweet kind words for my son and I she always tells me " Your doing a good job"! The staff is very professional, they call back every time I leave a voice mail and with in the hour! The office, waiting area, restrooms and rooms are always clean. The wait time is never long before you are called back and the waiting room is never packed! Hippa laws are followed to a T! My sister recommended me I am recommending you! I promise you will not regret it!
