Called the ER just to get a ballpark idea of waiting time, because I am currently in so much pain that I cannot handle sitting in a chair for a long amount of time. The woman I spoke with hung up on me as I was still speaking. Will not be coming to Sisters for anything after that kind of treatment. I know you guys are beyond busy and I appreciate all that our medical workers do and have done throughout this pandemic, but when someone calls in horrific pain and is scared that is not the way to treat them.

The security at the desk is horrible. He wasn't helpful, rather not letting me in to see my brother during the visiting hours. I provided him the first name of my brother several times, he kept saying it wasn't in the system. Not even verifying last or first name. After waiting for an hour and half, I finally came to know the bed number my brother was in.

Then told the security the bed number, this time he still not letting me in, Making up an excuse. Finally when a woman wanted to see her relatives, he let me in with the woman.i don't know what he's got on his mind, but this is extremely horrible and unexpected. He should be questioned why he did that to me even it was visiting hours.

Went to this hospital in ER on May 22 with my child after 2 hours waiting nurse called and said you have to wait 8 hours to see the doctor.my question is how do they know its gone be 8 hours to see the doctor in ER.I wana to get attention to the supervisor and ask what is the he'll going on there is everyone work there high or they just don't wana do their job.

My Grandmother believed in this hospital, she claimed it was the best hospital in the area. I always listened to my grandma, me and my girl decided to use Sisters hospital for our pregnancy and Delivery. Wow I can't even say express enough how great of an experience we had. From the time we walked into Labor and Delivery all the dr nurses and Residents were helpful and waiting on us hand and foot.

This is my 3rd child and I have to say hands down it was one of the best experiences I have had at a hospital. I really again want to thank the staff! With out them this place would not be running like it does it takes a very strong and educated person to work in a hospital. I am very grateful for all the care we received. Grandma never lied, even tho she passed away few years back, I remember everything she taught me.

I came in on Wednesday with a perforated ulcer, they saw me very quickly and every person on the staff was friendly and helpful. Cannot say enough about how thoughtful and caring everyone was, thank you Dr. Jeff Jordan and Nurse Julia!

Doctors, RN's, CNA's on the third floor COVID ward are the best. I was admitted under a mental health crisis but tested positive for COVID upon arrival, so I ended up in the ward. Everyone here is so friendly and kind. They spent time bonding with me and making sure I was comfortable and also entertained (especially in a state where I couldn't do anything for myself at all). CNA's Jn and Kprsh particularly went out of their way to bond with me during a hard time.

All staff here are wonderful. They made sure I was properly accommodated. There is warm energy up here, despite the illness running through the ward. It's a beautiful thing to have such lively people caring for you during these difficult times (for all us).

The best experience we had here. Everyone dr nurses even the room service for food and cleaning are so nice so patient never got mad when I ask for stuff no attuned all positive energy. Thank you guys for making this easy on me and my baby especially with everything going on

Ive been a nurse over 22 years. The doctors & nurses were so on point. They presented themselves with excellent empathetic care with such tact. Even through the busiest of times the staff went above & beyond. The entire staff worked short staffed & overcrowded with smiles on their faces and were so comforting. Ive Never witnessed such professionalism in a hospital. I cannot say enough about the amazing care I received. I'd give this hospital 10 stars. I highly recommend this hospital.

So often when people do reviews they are negative, mine is not. Today nov. 23rd. 2021 my daughter came Into sister's For a hysterectomy. Starting with the wonderful person that check her in, to everyone we encountered until she left the next day it was the best experience we have ever had in any hospital. Every employee we encountered were by far the nicest people Thank you all for making a otherwise worrisome experience one that was tolerable.
