Difficult to reach on Fridays when they have meetings. Not even a doctor on call. No patient portal for messaging. Dr. Solish is excellent but office telephone answer lady not helpful at all. four messages regarding post op pain left with her and answering service for doctor on call and no response over two days. Subsequent same problem with no response re. dizzy side effect maybe from drops. Whenever they do get around to responding they are good.

So irritating that my online clinic does not work on the website. I was promised months ago that this would be up and working at some point. In the age of technology this is critical to the patient and to share with other doctors. Why have information up on the website on how easy it is to access when you can't?

I have been seeing Dr. Samuel Solish for about 20 years; he and his staff are like family, and I often joke that I go "where people know my name". I have also been to see Dr. Parnes and Dr. Sise - So I've been to every pod there and everyone is amazing. I have the most fun with the surgical staff who always make me laugh and feel at ease for my procedures/surgeries. For glaucoma, cornea, and retina care this is the place to go, hands down.

Dr. France: I had a great day of fishing yesterday. I could now see where I was casting (distance) and those tiny knots I needed to tie (up close). Thanks for the surgery. Martin Samelson

Everyone is very friendly and extremely professional, I worked for EMG for 6+ years and I can say hands down it was the best medical practice I have ever worked for. The caliber of doctors and staff they employ are the best of the best and it definitely shows. I have and would still recommend anyone to this practice for care or employment.

The Doctor I saw was competent and came from a referral from my regular eye Doctor whom I trust. I had a 9:30 appointment, I arrived early as requested to complete paperwork. I was called a little before 10 to get pictures taken on both eyes, that took a few minutes, was brought into another room to answer some questions and have a quick eye exam and to have both eyes dilated.

That person walked out at about 10:15. The Doctor showed up at 11:10 said a less than heart felt sorry for being late did a 5 minute exam said everything was fine and left after saying there was no need to follow up unless things got worse. Left an assistant to answer questions and I was left with more questions than I had when I came in and her demeanor was about as detached as a bad retina. I called my regular eye Doctor to answer my questions. I will not go back nor would I refer anyone to this group.

Please get me in to see someone between the 10-15th of this month cannot drive or see Bonnie Flanagin It's 28th of October and due to Dr Sterrer leaving a eye contact left on there 20 days, without him seeing it? I'm still not able to see. I saw Dr France and his technition, we are very encouraged. Hoping he can get my eyesight back again, Dr Sterrer said he is only usually stumped once a month?

What kind of statement is that to make. Thank you Bonnie Flanagin. You better pay attention to this note., I can't see the person next to me, I'll see Dr France on the 8 th I have a pair of glasses made up by Eye Tech, I need YOUR glasses department to remake the lenses, while im there, because if you folks don't get me to see, I'll take this much further.

I'll see Dr France and hear his suggestions. Please help me to at least get me glasses that I can see like a regular human being. I don't know if the contact Dr Sterrer left on my eye for over a month is the cause of my not being able to see from that eye or not. Please get me new lenses the day of my appointment, this is my last message to you. Dr Sterrer said he's stumped come back in 30. days, im only usually stumped once a month, he ought to think about taking a contact once in a while not in a month. Recently I made the decision to have cataracts removed from both of my eyes. I have had the opportunity to visit the facility four times over the past three weeks. Each time I felt like I was the only patient even though they are performing many operations every day. The long and short of my review is my experience was excellent. From the receptionist to the nurses to pre op, ops and post ops members were attentive and supportive.

They are all part of the team for Dr Richard France. It is a well run organization which shows support as a patient is moved from one team member to another. KUDOS to everyone there! AND I can see so much better, it's always said, I should have done it a long time age :>

I saw Dr. Parnes, he did a lazer surgery due to a hole in my retina. He seemed like he was all business. He was pleasant and i felt he was a very good doctor. The office was so busy and the wait time is unacceptable. I heard other people complaining about waiting. It appeared like the doctors were not in any hurry to get to the patients. Over all, i am happy with my results.

I had, without any doubt, the most painful eyes one could image. A friend of mine had been a patient with a doctor in this group and was very pleased. So, I called and made an appointment asking the receptionist for an ophthalmologist who might be able to help me. She set me up with Dr. Steerer :) He's not only excellent as a doctor but truly one of my favorite doctors (very likeable and friendly!). This has to be one of the top group of eye specialists in the country!

Great center of excellence for eye care. Every staff member we have met have been so pleasant and patient. My dad is quite pleased with his experiences here and I have been pleased to see the interactions with him as well. The parking is perfect. The waiting area is comfortable with complimentary coffee. If your insurance accepts the services here, I highly recommend them.

This is my story. I was afraid to have cataract surgery. After 6 months of going back and forth yes-no yes-no I finally decided to do it. It is the best thing I've ever done. Dr. Sterrer, in my eyes, is an amazing doctor who from a scale of 1-10 I rate him as a 20-20! His staff is also great. Do not think twice, do it!

I see Dr Sterrer for my annual diabetic eye appointment and he is excellent. I never feel rushed or like I am "just another patient." Great office with wonderful people!

I, too, have been coming to EMG for years, as did my parents. Every staff member that I have worked with has been pleasant and knowledgeable to a fault. My recent experience with my new doc there, Katherine Hill, was wonderful. Her thorough exam and suggestions have made my eyes feel much better already - a day after the appt. I'll never go anywhere else for eye care.

I have been coming to EMG for years and continue to be thrilled with the level of courtesy and customer service that all the opthamology tech and doctors extend to their patients. I have referred my mom, my husband's mother and several friends. I have never waited longer than 20 minutes. (Unlike other local practices where my friends go.) The doctors are top-notch and very considerate.
