Macarthur Ob Gyn PA

Have been going here since 2013 and they have always been wonderful! Now 2022 that I'm pregnant I've been well taken care of by Dr. Patel; she has always been my doctor and so grateful for everything! Staff is always respectful and I've never had a problem! Deliver my baby in July so looking forward to this great experience also the glucose test isn't bad at all just gotta get through the process

I am 7 months pregnant and have been coming here since the beginning of my pregnancy. The staff here are courteous and have a quick turn around time for queries. They work with you to accommodate ad-hoc requests on time. My only concern is the wait time. At times, I have waited almost 2 hours to see the doctor. Everything else is great.

If you have a support system rather it's your significant other/family member/friend this is definitely NOT the office for you. They ONLY allow one person to go to your sonogram appointment with you if they have proof that they're vaccinated, BUT you have to see the Dr. ALONE! Pregnancy itself can be overwhelming as it is, and not being able to have your support system with you during your visit is horrible and the DUMBEST thing EVER.

I had my last visit with them and I am going elsewhere for the remainder of my pregnancy. Not to mention one of the front desk workers/receptionist is VERY rude, and don't acknowledge you upon arrival. Will sit and talk to whosever next to her until someone else comes available to assist you. I've had 2 visits at this office I should've found another Dr after my first visit, but I thought let me give them another chance!

Boy should I have followed my first mind the second visit was worse than the first visit! Not to mention my Dr. was a male Dr. who had a male assistant which was VERY uncomfortable, and I would've preferred if my husband was present.

I love coming to this place I have been seeing Dr. Livingston since the beginning of my pregnancy is awesome and always make sure that my questions are answered.also, I have never walked out of my appointment wondering or worrying. Their sonogram people are awesome as well, I was too eager to find out the gender of my baby and they tried to help me as early as possible. I'd come back for my future babies.

I love Dr. Wagner! He's so kind and takes his time in explaining things to me. This will be my second c-section by him. The first one went smoothly with no complications. My scar healed nice. The staff is caring and attentive.

I'm 7 months I've been coming here since the beginning of my pregnancy. The office works around your work schedule to get you in. Also when you call they get back to pretty fast. They always have a good attitude over the phone and in person. I would recommend this place to other people.

This is my first pregnancy and I've been going to MacArthur obgyn since I found out I was pregnant. I love the staff and doctors here, they are always nice and helpful. Came to this location for a 4d ultrasound, the images were clear and I could see my baby perfectly. The ultrasound tech was super friendly and knew exactly what she was doing. Would definitely recommend coming here if your pregnant and looking for a place to get an ultrasound.

Had an amazing experience! This is my first pregnancy & the staff made it incredible! The two ladies were very nice & informative. My scan and pictures were clear and so cute! Loved the ultrasound tech. Thank you.

This is my second pregnancy with Dr. Livingston. Ive since moved to Prosper, but had such a great experience with my first pregnancy (especially in the midst of the onset of the pandemic 2020) that it was an easy decision to drive 80 miles round trip to keep my doctor for my second pregnancy. The lady in charge of billing, I think her name is Carrie? is kind, prompt, never pushy, and fully explains any questions I've had. I've also always enjoyed a peaceful environment for my ultrasounds with kind and knowledgeable technicians. I would definitely recommend this complex to family and friends.

My OB is Elias famous, and he's great! Works quick and always makes sure my questions and concerns are answered. If I have a concern he gives me great advice and solution. Sometimes I feel like since is my first pregnancy, my questions are silly but he makes my feelings validated. The staff overall is amazing, front desk is always nice and polite.

They always make sure my next appointment fits witting my schedule and if not, they work around it. Dr. Famous medical assistant is so friendly and always does a great job. Very professional place, makes their patients feel safe and comfortable. I wouldn't want to go to any other obgyn office other than this one!
