The Kelsom Clinic. was established by a group of board certified internists. We care for patients of all ages, anything from school physicals and well woman exams to minor emergencies, to managing common medical problems.

This clinic is the worst! I had an appointment to get a shot and when i got there i checked in and waited for about an hour just to find out the doctors weren't even there. I am so mad at how unorganized this clinic is. They seem to have no interest in their clients what so ever. They only want the money and could care less about anything else. Also last time i came to get a shot they didn't even know what i was there for AND I HAD THE APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED!

Unprofessional. Their voicemail is always full. I went in for very specific reasons and they were more interested in ordering annual labs than treating the problem at hand. Over then span of a month, the service never got better. Their billing is a joke. I paid a bill in October and received a bill in December. After many calls, where they immediately put you on hold, the issue is still not resolved.
When I asked for a manger or supervisor, I was told the person who is responsible for not only my bill not getting posted correctly, but others as well, is the manager and was "very busy". For the second time, I asked for someone to return my call.
