Las Colinas Ob Gyn

I was a patient of Dr. Garcia for several years and he was a wonderful doctor until he refused to even discuss tubal ligation with me due to his own personal beliefs. He stated he would not be comfortable due to my age and only having one child but did not provide any medical data as to why he could not perform a medically approved form of birth control. After being his patient for so long, I was pretty disappointed in him taking such an antiquated approach.

I just had my first pregnancy appointment and it was Amazing! The front desk ladies were very kind and very helpful! My Doctor was funny and also VERY informative! She addressed my concerns and questions and made sure I was comfortable! I can't wait for future visits!

I came for my appointment this morning. The lady at the front desk said I had to pay before being seen. I advised her I brought the wrong purse and I can call in to pay once I get back hm. That wasn't good enough although I've been going to this doctor for 5 years. If I was a new patient, I could understand. I asked what am I paying for anyways, all she is doing is going over my last appointment.

I told her no I'm good. If my money is more important than my health or giving me information that pertains to it. I will NEVER step foot in that office again. Dr. Mace Motto can call me when she goes to another location. I'll find a place that cares about their people more. Need I mind you, when I came to get a sonogram for my fibroids at first they tried to charge me 200. The next time I came back it was 100 and something less. Doesn't make sense

I just made my new patient appointment. I will say so far customer service is phenomenal. Ida is very sweet and thorough with all the million questions I had for her. Looking forward to my appointment.

The front desk staff is a nightmare. They have the most bland demeanor and act like they hate their job. I'm highly distasteful towards them because the day of my very first appointment they did not tell me to be there 30 minutes early and when I did not arrive (30 minutes early) they said they would have to reschedule me. I obviously questioned this because THEY neglected to inform me of this rule & then faulted me for being late. COME TO FIND OUT I would not have been able to see the doctor anyways because of a emergency C-section. yet there was still a waiting room full of people waiting to see someone. Hmmmmm. okay. I wouldn't waste my time with this place.

I switched from the euless ob to this one in irving & my new doctor (ONeil) has been most attentive to my concerns! This pregnancy has been a rough one and dr oneil has done nothing but make me feel safe and stress free from anything ive been through. This obgyn office is so efficient to have EVERYTHING so close i love that about here! So far the best ob ive gone to & ive had 2 other pregnancys with two diffrent doctors & none compared to this one!

It's so hard finding a good provider these days the staff here do not care about their job or the patients. Very Unprofessional staff they need more training, my 500$ appointment was only 15 min it was my first time seeing my baby on a sonogram it was rushed. The way they handle financials is sloppy. I paid out of pocket for my appointment I did not have insurance at the time.

They charged my carecredit twice and lied about it. The front desk lady ran my card came back asked if I wanted 6 or 12 months for a payment plan I said 12. She then ran it again for 12 months, once you run a carecredit card you cannot void and re-run. They lied and said they only charged it once I never got an apology I had to dispute it and waited 1.5 months for the rest of my refund.

They collected more than they should have for my visit, I should have only been charged for services rendered. It was such a hassle playing phone tag with the staff and manager Yadi. They knew they made an error and never apologized. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Dr. Motta is always running behind. The last time I left after waiting 35 minutes. I wasn't seen and the other patient in the waiting room was also upset. She had been there for one hour.

I have enjoyed my experience at the Las Colinas ObGyn clinic. MUCH better than the McArthur ObGyn. The nursing staff are very friendly and seem to care about you as a person. They seem to develop good relationships with their patients. Dr. Lopez has been wonderful to me. She tells it to me how it is and makes sure I don't worry unnecessarily but am aware of things to look out for. She is very down to earth and I have enjoyed her as my physician.

My experience in this clinic was not very nice. My doctor (Dr. Andria) was very nice, that was my only reason for not changing clinic. The front disk girls have no welcome face. As a pregnant, you want someone, who can understand your feeling and at list welcome you with a smiley face. They cancel appointments without letting you know ahead, they don't apologize for it, and they don't even answer you properly.

The first time they cancel my visit when I almost arrive at the clinic 5 min early, however they were the same throughout my visits. They also have a problem with the phone. They send me a bill that said final notes to pay. I call more than 5 times they don't answer or return my phone back. I would not recommend them to anyone.
