The staff is always friendly and very helpful. I have been with this organization for a while and I am happy that my concerns are always addressed as soon as possible.

I made appointments to see the allergist/immunologist here. While the doctors and staff were very nice in person, it took forever for me to get them to call me back. Whenever I called in to talk to a nurse or doctor I almost never got a person - only a voicemail. I had to call and leave messages almost every day for over a week to get an Rx called into the pharmacy for something the doctor wanted me to take.

I was having issues with random and repeated bouts of anaphylaxis and could not get a call back. I ended up making an appointment with a different doctor at another practice. - If you're just looking to be seen for something mild or getting allergy tested and it's not urgent, this office might work for you. I am having issues with random bouts of anaphylaxis and I need to be able to get in touch with my doctor or nurse/have prescriptions called in promptly (within 24 hours). There doesn't seem to be any credence to triaging given more urgent situations.

I've been a patient of Dr. Schieken's for about 8 years now. He's always engaging, personable, and thorough in making sure he addresses any issue you may have with allergies- regular, seasonal, or food-based. It's pretty easy to get in a quick question or conversation, and the staff has always been friendly and hard-working.

Have been a patient office for 2 years. The staff has a high priority of customer service. I have had asthma since birth and allergies since I was about 8 years old and the results I've experienced in the past two years are far better that where I was going before. Dr. Schieken knows his stuff.

My son has severe seasonal allergies and we came in and Dr. Lawrence was able to get him the help he needed. We got him tested to find out exactly what he was allergic to and addressed the issue. He is severely allergic to tree pollen and has a grass allergy.

Always a good and informative experience whenever I come to my appointments. Dr. Bauer is one of the best Asthma/Allergy specialists I have ever been to. Now with the telehealth appointments I feel like I can still get care and be safe. I highly recommend the Pikesville center and Dr Bauer. Especially, if you're looking for great medical advice, longterm treatment plans that make a difference, and to leave feeling like you've been taken care.

I came in today and 2 weeks ago for my allergy shots. This one tech is wonderful and it never hurts. There are a couple Techs in here THAT ARE GOOD TOO NO PAIN. The receptionist is always PLEASANT and knows clients without them giving names. Thank you PIKESVILLE ALLERGY STAFF

Excellent service! Rachel always greets everyone with a smile and by their name!. Barbara provides the allergy shots painlessly. Doctor Scheickens provided prompt and quick service. So glad he is back in the office and doing well!

I love this place! Dr. Sheiken truly cares about my son and his health and well being. When I first began to take my child there, Dr. Sheiken gave clear direct instructions to keep him from going into anaphylaxis again which put my mind at ease, because it was a scary experience. The staff have always been kind, personable, & accommodating and I'm never in the office long before my son is seen for his check up.
