John J Iacobucci

I was referred to Dr. Lacobucci by a friend who had services with him. I had a Trans Dorsi flap procedure by Dr.lacobucci, to build and reshape my breast after having breast cancer. I have meet and have been treated by many Doctors during my journey through Cancer. Dr. Iacobucci is the best that I have had. He takes his time answering all questions, I never felt rushed or nervous in his care. My results are great and I am so glad that I chose him and his staff as my Plastic Surgery caregivers, they are amazing.

Dr. Iacobucci performed by reconstruction after a double mastectomy. I can't say enough good about him. Not only was he considerate, he was concerned about my health and wellbeing and anytime I needed him or his staff, they were always ready to help!

I called Dr. Iacobucci ' s office for a consultation to repair stretched earlobes. When I arrived at the consultation, I couldn't find the office. I called them for clarification, only to hear that they moved from 64th street to SE Grand Rapids. I was told that they 'make it very clear' where the new office is in their new patient packet that I received in the mail.

I received no such thing. I rushed to the new office and arrived about 10 minutes late. They assured that they could still see me, so I gladly sat down. I waited for over 45 minutes to meet with the surgeon. He was very pleasant and I wanted to get my surgery done at their office. I went to set up an appointment and was told that I would receive a call the next day.

I didn't hear anything for a few days so I called back and left a voicemail. Still nothing. I ended up getting the procedure done at the Centre for Plastic Surgery, and they were wonderful! I though all was good and well until I received a bill for a $50.00 consultation fee. I called the office because I was never informed about the fee, and they said it's only charged if the patient doesn't get the surgery there, and once again, the new patient packet stated it (that I didn't receive).

The lady that answered the phone remembered me and asked if I didn't have enough money to afford the bill (in a condescending tone), they could make an exception and allow me to pay $5.00 a month for 10 months. I explained that it was a matter of principle rather than cost. She assured she would talk to her boss to see about getting it waived. I graciously thanked her, and thought all was good and we'll until I received another bill. I've left another voicemail and still have not received a call back. What a terrible experience and a rude staff. :(

Dr. Iacobucci did my septorhinoplasty. I had a couple of consultations and we discussed what he was going to do in detail, and what I wanted done with my nose. He's very kind and a perfectionist, so I felt like I was in good hands. My surgey went smoothly and I can breathe much better now. I called freaking out about something during my recovery on a Sunday evening and called the office. An answering service picked up and told me that he would get back to me.

Less than 5 minutes later I get a call from him - on a Sunday evening! He took time to answer all my questions like he was in no hurry. I had nothing but a great experience with Dr. Iacobucci and the nurses. I'd highly recommend.

I had surgery with Dr. Iacobucci for breast augmentation. I was very happy with him and his office staff is amazing. He is always very friendly and I will and HAVE recommended him to my friends. He is worth every penny-you get what you pay for;
