Maintain basic cardiac life certification; demonstrate knowledge of infection control and patient safety principles. The position requires knowledge of both departmental and facility policies and procedures relevant to the delivery of patient care.

It will not go to a physician and is only monitored during normal business hours. If you have critical or timely information, please contact a physician directly. If you have a medical emergency, please call 911.
Do not eat or drink anything after midnight before your procedure, unless you have been given special instructions by your physician or our Pre-Op nurse. This is extremely important. You could have serious complications if your stomach is not empty during surgery. Please ask your physician or call the Pre-Op nurse at Memorial Same Day Surgery Center if you have questions about eating and drinking before your procedure.
At Memorial Same Day Surgery Center, your time is as valuable to us as it is to you. Upon scheduling your surgery, a member of our staff will provide you with the required forms to fill out. We encourage you to take time to complete these before arriving on day of surgery, so that we may care for you promptly. If you happen to misplace any of the provided forms, duplicates are available for download and print below.

Liked the staff very much. All went well. I did notice a laceration on the back of my right calf, where the compression stockings were placed. Same place where that bottom edge of the stocking. Would be. It's about an inch in length and a straight edge. No one told me about it. I noticed it when I got home from surgery. Just bizarre. Good thing it did not hurt. Was not bleeding. Was dried, but it is a deep cut. Not a surface scratch.

The people was so kind, the offered quality in their work. The nurses took care of me, and it seems was a good teamwork! The Doctor and anesthesiologist were super kind, they kept me well informed about the procedures and at the end a very helpful feedback! I really had a good time, peaceful and confortable!

Super clean very friendly staff, I went with a friend who was having a outpatient ambulatory procedure. Check in was painless and a very quick process, they let me go into the back area where they prep you for whatever procedure you're having, they have quite a few different Medical specialties under One roof. Again I was just very impressed with the cleanliness and the efficiency of this facility and would definitely look to go here for an ambulatory procedure.

I was very satisfied with my short time at this surgery center. All of the staff was kind and made me feel very comfortable! Highly professional and the employees communicate with you on a personal level to make you feel the best you can while you're in their care! Very thankful to have had such a positive experience.
