Dr Paul was very, very good! I needed to be seen quickly but no appointments were available elsewhere, so they recommended the walk in clinic @ OrthoNow & not only was seen quickly but was able to get my knee taken care of so I could walk better with less pain! The whole experience with the staff and Dr was extremely pleasant even if I didn't want to have to go through the procedure they made me feel important and not at all dismissive. I would 100% recommend them & would go back in a heartbeat. Debbie M

After a horrible experience at another ortho, we went to Ortho Virginia for a different issue. They were very nice, professional and thorough. Even though we were a walk-in we only waited less than 30min even though she said it might be longer. The PA was knowledgeable and had a great bed-side manner with my 12yo. Highly recommend!

Please go to O.V. Dr. K.Pinkos did my hip replacement and I feel like a whole new person. I'm able to do things I haven't done in over 13 years, He literally saved my life. He checks on you what seems like everyday before to surgery to make you feel at ease going in, he calls you after to check on you to see how your adapting. He is over all hands down the best. The staff at the office is just as sweet and extremely nice. Definitely recommended this place and highly recommend Dr. Kevin Pinkos.

I haven't had good service from just about anywhere I've been since the pandemic started. No one really wants to work or service you. Today, I entered this establishment and received immaculate service from beginning to end. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and seemed to be happy to be in their work environment. The place was clean and well kept.

Even with me visiting other places to receive treatment in the past I never seen a place so tidy. Doctor Victor was AMAZING and all of the ladies that assisted him. He helped a lot and went beyond my expectations. I will recommend him a thousand times. There are still some good people left in the world and they happen to work here! Thanks again and I look forward to continuing service here.

Superb experience at Ortho VA for emergency diagnosis and treatment of my torn Achilles tendon. Paul PA-C, Patrick - therapist and fitter, and the med tech / nursing staff were phenomenal. Some of the most knowledgeable, professional, and empathetic caregivers I've ever met. I highly recommend Ortho VA and their team in VA Beach. Grateful for their care and treatment.

Although only my first visit, every member of the staff I interacted with was extremely helpful, happy and efficient. Dr. Campbell took considerable time reviewing my images, explaining my options and provided clear recommendation. He actively listened to my concerns and responded with clear answers to my questions. I definitely felt my care was their priority. Overall, my experience inspires confidence in my choice with OrthoVirginia.

I highly recommend Ortho Virginia to anyone in need of orthopedic care. I recently saw Charles Bradshaw for a broken bone in my wrist. He has a great bedside manner, and explained in detail what my treatment would be. The entire team was very nice, and put me at ease. Thanks to everyone who took such good care of me.

Broke my hand and possibly tip of humerus. Seen quickly and treated quickly. PA Acevedo was kind and capable. Very satisfied with overall service and staff. Way better than going to ER. This place was a Godsend.

I had fallen on the steps in my house in the morning and as the day went on the soreness and pain in my hip had gotten worse. I didn't want to go to the ER and Ortho of Va was open until 7Pm for walk in patients. I was seen within 15 minutes. X-rays of my hip and pelvis were taken and Charles Bradshaw P.A. saw me shortly after that. Luckily nothing was broken, we talked about treatment, prescriptions were called in and I was discharged. Whole experience took about 1 hour. P.A. Bradshaw and the rest of the crew were very professional professional and courteous.

Dr Lambert was very nice and personable. He had all the qualities you look for in a health professional. Although the news of my diagnosis was not great but Dr Lambert helped to reassure me and help me to feel about my diagnosis. The technician who fit me for my walking boot was very nice and professional as well. Overall a great practice. The only downside is the wait was a little long but i did come in as a walk in.

New patient and new to Lynchburg. I got lost and was 10 min late. the girl at front desk told me I was late-i told her i knew, I had just called to say i was running late and was lost. the girl gave me directions. She told me to leave earlier next time for appt. Told her again i left at 9 am for a 9:40 appt. She told me the drs accept no excuses. Mind you i am already nervous, had been quite lost, as again, just moved here a month ago, anxious from being lost and this girl is being so rude to me. Next, i go sit in waiting room and it WAS OVER 3 HRS BEFORE THEY TOOK me.

I was 'punished' for being late. The nurse that had been taking people back said she saw me and was sorry but I was late! late by 10 min. I had been looking on my phone for another orthopaedic at this point. I very much liked the PA - Portia and I liked Dr Collins but I am still steaming from the incredible rudeness. I had enough anxiety at waiting 3 hrs at my appointment to make me a true basket case when I got home.

Everyone on the staff here is professional and friendly and they take care of you in a timely manner. Right now they are scrambling to get operating rooms for elective surgeries due to the impact of Covid. I feel that they will handle this as best they can and get me taken care of as soon as possible. I feel like I am in very good hands.

Went there in extreme back pain. I was so happy they were open. Nicest staff. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

In/out of after hours clinic in an hour. PA Harrison Smith knows what to do, discussed all options and we came to an agreement. Much appreciation PA Smith.

Went here Saturday 13th. Was seen quickly. Got x-rays. Had a broken foot. Went home with a boot. Boot is too big and will have to be returned on Monday.

To whom this may concern, My daughter was seen under the care of a Physician Assistant by the name Daniel Acevedo. I drove 3 hours so my daughter could receive the best of care in which stated on their websites I would receive! My daughter incurred an injury to her Rt. Knew and instead of receiving an MRI in which is the 100% accurate diagnostic test to determine her level of care, we were told that she would have to wait atleast 10 days to be scheduled for an MRI. Mr. Daniel because he is not a doctor had very poor bedside manors and through his hands up at me because I challenged his care!

You see I have found that people care more about money than they do about people. They care what they can receive instead of what's best for our next generation of children who is going to progress this world forward! So, I scheduled my daughters MRI at an imaging center close to home and although I have insurance, I elevted to be self-pay in order for her to be seen next day!

We pay for insurance but they determine the level of care for if I chose to have it the Insurance way, my daughters MRI wouldn't have been scheduled until Nov. 11th! How many children have to suffer at the hands of man trying to control their outcomes their fate in a world that was created by God! We have fallen short and continue to fall shorter until people begin to see this world will not progress forward until we stop thinking of our needs and the needs of the ones that will come after! To the ones who have read this message, I thank you and may god continue to bless our children!

Last minute emergency and I was immediately trialed and x-rayed and seen by a dr within minutes. This is a great addition to lynchburfs urgent care facilities.thanx Harrison

On vacation i injured my wrist. I called the OrthoVirginia on a Sunday and was seen right away. This is one thousand times better than going to the emergency room. The staff was professional, x-rayed my wrist, saw the PA and received medication. All this in under one hour! Wonderful staff. Thanks for working on week-ends.

I never saw a physician that would probably have known my issue and helped to give me some relief from my pain. The nurse didn't have a clue why I had the swelling and pain beneath my knee. X-rays were taken, but no one gave me the results. The admittance staff were efficient and courteous.

Had an 11:30 am appointment for x-ray, @ 12:50pm.told behind for 1 1/2 hrs. Why make an appointment? Advertised 'be seen faster @ walk-in Clinic'!
