My appointment was handled very professionally. The staff was friendly and professional. All procedures were explained any questions I had were answered. Dr. Rozen was friendly and very thorough. I highly recommend Collins Vision. The only problem I had was with their pocket patient app. It is not very user friendly on a cell phone, maybe it's better when viewed on a computer screen. Really, if I could easily read text on my cell phone I probably wouldn't be needing your services. Over all a good experience. Thank you.

I love Collins Vision. Everyone, from the receptionists, staff, my doctor (Dr. Nicole Alessi) and optical team is always no nice, professional and helpful. I typically only go once a year, but the testing and overall exam process is so thorough. I always leave feeling confident about my diagnosis, and wish all of my medical service providers met the high bar that Collins Vision has set.

Setting up appointment was easy to do. However, Lots of forms were sent to be filled out prior to the visit. One of the online forms requesting family history kept freezing when I responded I was adopted and didn't have any history to fill the required cells. The Collins Vision facility is quite new and staff are well organized. The examination process was thorough and staff pleasant.

Very pleased with my visit. 1st visit and I was referred by my eye surgeon at Duke eye clinic. Profession staff and I was seen promptly at my appointment time. Went thru Dr Collins techs who did various tests along the way. I was very pleased with Dr Collings who was very though with his exam. Very nice practice with wonderful staff.

Very nice professional place. All the people were knowledgeable, and caring The really nice doctor saw me for about 3 minutes, all others took most tests. Problem was I felt like a # not a person. Too big for me. Plus the prices were a bit high for me($500+) without frames. This is just a personal opinion, not meaning to disrespect the professional people there.

Lisa Coi is an amazing employee, she was very clear and knowledgeable with my eye exam. Her voice is calming and pleasant. I must say she is a valued team employee! The only reason I could not give 5 stars, was the cashier at the check out. She is lacking in personality, no kind words or even a smile. The entire office personal was so pleasant!

I was super happy with my technician, Melissa H. She was professional as she listened and was able to diagnose my problem, and made an appointment for me to see Dr Collins to take care of my eye issue. I appreciate her professionalism and knowledge in handling my case. She said glasses would not have helped my vision at all that I need to have this minor surgery. I am grateful that Melissa H was my tech today!

I am a winter time resident in the Fort Meyers area. I had never been to Collins Vision before. It couldn't have been a better experience. They got me an appointment right away, and we're very knowledgeable about the problem that I had. I spent very little time in the waiting room, the doctor saw me right away and they scheduled my minor surgery within two weeks. Excellent service! And I'm very well satisfied. Very well organized and taken care of from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was very clean and professional. My appointment was right on time. The doctor answered all my questions and was knowledgeable in my concerns. The optical department (Sally & Mark) displayed kindness and helpfulness in picking out glasses that fit my needs which included polarized clip on sunglasses. It was like getting 2 for the price of one. My experience here at Collins Vision was a 10.
