Services
Selection of a health care provider is a personal choice. Most or all of the health care providers performing services in this Hospital are independent contractors who have privileges to practice at the Hospital but they are not Hospital employees, representatives or agents. This includes but is not limited to radiologists, pathologists, emergency physicians, anesthesiologists, hospitalists, surgeons and others.

CT department didn't get my scans done. Had to go twice and failed to give me contrast until 15 minutes before CT, should have been 2 hours prior to CT. Next day they can't get an IV line other than in my thumb. I'm at a hospital with a radiology department that does pic lines but they were gone for the day? I was combative under anesthesia for endoscopic exam and colonoscopy, so they couldn't give me anything else for anesthesia becauseof poor IV access.
I'm too weak to do this again. Glad I wasn't in there from a car accident. I asked for something for pain, they said I'd have to go through the ER? I was already in there with that pitiful IV and they tell me to go to the ER!

My wife came in for same day surgery but was required to stay overnight for observation. My review is solely based on how I was treated. Being her husband and primary support system I expected to be better informed. My disappointment started after they took my wife in for surgery. No one told me where I needed to go. I sat in her "same day surgery" room assuming that I wait for her to come back.
I'm glad I asked because apparently I needed to go back downstairs to the waiting room. When I get downstairs I asked at the desk where to go (thinking that they had a special waiting area for family members), only for the girl behind the desk to shrug me off and point to the chairs. Sitting there waiting for a phone call or someone to give me updates, a woman who was also waiting, tapped me on my shoulder and told me that the desk could tell me my wife's number so I could monitor her progress on the board.
Why did it take a stranger to tell me that? Why couldn't the woman at the desk tell me that when I asked where to go? As far as customer service is concerned, this is completely unacceptable! As for the medical staff, they did a fantastic job tending to my wife and making sure she was comfortable and well taken care of. Family members should be treated with the same respect as the patients. One day that family member may need to go to a medical facility and me personally would not choose Frye knowing that my family will treated the way I was.

Had COVID 19 with pneumonia on Feb. 5 2022 and coded twice, had a stroke, the doctors, nurses and cnas we're the best anyone could ask for in the acu. They took the best care of me, spoke to my family everyday keeping them updated and calm. I couldn't have asked for a better place thank you all you became like a second family! You're all Angels! I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for them, they saved my life and gave me back to those I love.

I have had two surgeries in the last year here. I had my son via c-section back in September and my gallbladder removed yesterday. The care I received was wonderful. The nurses and doctors here are very kind. They took excellent care of my son as well. Dr. Fultz delivered my son and Dr. Cox removed my gallbladder. They were always very concerned about my pain levels and made sure I was comfortable. Anytime I uttered the word pain they were there and ready to help ease any pain I was in. They brought blankets when I was cold. Absolutely wonderful staff.

I went last night for some severe pain and the staff was so nice! The time before was great too but the care I received this time was exceptional and I'm so thankful to the staff for being so kind and taking care of me. 10 stars if I could! Also the time before was crazy so I totally understand why it was the way it was. The staff there is great.

I'm never going back to this hospital again. I used to go here because they had caring and helpful doctors. Back in 2020, I had a great doctor that helped me with my pain and found answers and solutions. I recently went and had a doctor who never listened to me with the severe pain I was having. I was here for over 6 hours, and they scanned all the wrong areas for my pain, and wasn't even a little bit concerned with the pain I was in.
I was hounded with the same question if I was on drugs, or smoked or drank heavily, even though I told them no every time. I told them nothing helped my pain, yet they sent me on like there was nothing wrong with me. If you have a medical emergency, please go somewhere else.

Had a same day surgery procedure today and I have no words that can describe how amazing the team that took care of me was. Everyone was on point, kind and very thoughtful. I can't remember the names but if they ever read this I was Dr. Nikrooz' first patient today. I want to thank you all, every last one of you. I thought I would have been anxious but you all made me feel like I mattered. So, Thank you bunches.

I had surgery December 13th with Dr. Hata Everyone the morning of in Day Surgery was so amazing, kind and considerate. I barely remember her but I loved my recovery room nurse because once I got to my room I asked where my friend was. She immediately asked for her number & helped her get to my room. My day shift nurse was so amazing and made me feel important.
My night nurse was kind, but someone didn't inform her that my IV was going off so I had to find someone in the hall who was available. I still can't thank this hospital and their compassionate staff enough. I am and will be recommending them to everyone I know along with Dr. Hata
