The front desk staff were friendly and courteous. They knew exactly what to do to bill my insurance. The MA was very nice. The NP was friendly and competent. Overall it was a very positive visit. Thanks for a job well done!

This is my first visit to Piedmont Urgent Care. Very good experience with all the staff. Check-in was quick and I was seen within minutes. The waiting room is comfortable and nicely furnished. The exam room was super clean. The physician's assistant spent a good amount of time explaining my test results and was very friendly. Thank you, Piedmont!

New and very clean facility. Ive been sick for over a week and I was worried coming in with my 1.5 year old and having a long wait and being around a lot of other people. I was able to get an appointment online that morning and fill out my paperwork online. Front desk was great. Very short wait and was the only patient inside at 9:30am. The nurse took me back to a nice room- clean.

She listened to all of my many concerns and ordered tests. The wait in the room was only due to waiting for tests which they made sure were thorough. Doctor Bob came in and explained the test results and explained prescriptions to take. He also listened to my concerns and offered solutions. He was very kind and sympathetic to a sick and exhausted mom.

I am feeling better after following doctors ordered and taking the recommended medication. Im very grateful that I chose this facility- especially one understanding of me having my child with me as some facilities have made me feel like it's an inconvenience for them. I will definitely be returning next time anyone in our household needs to visit an urgent care.

I went in with Covid symptoms and a positive home test. After signing in, I had about a 10 minute wait before being called back to a room. Normally I know how this goes at clinics like this, quick call back, 30-45 minute wait. Not the case! I was seen within 10 minutes, diagnosed soon after, and on my way home to rest less than 30 minutes after arriving, which included doing my paperwork. I have no complaints at all, blessedly quick visit. I know every day won't be like that, but I bet the kindness and professionalism will be.

Every staff member working here on Saturday morning, May 21st was outstanding! I needed a COVID Antigen test for international travel, was able to schedule an appointment the night before, showed up early and they took me right away. Less than 30 minutes I was tested, seen by the PA, and had my results in hand! From the front desk staff to the nurses and PA, everyone was friendly and professional. Thanks for all you do!

I was actually impressed by this urgent care clinic. It was very up to date and clean, clean, clean. It was not over crowded either. We zipped right in and within minutes were able to see a physician. She quickly examined my son and gave us the medications we needed. No hassles or dismissing of symptoms. Will definitely use again if needed.

From the front desk to the nurse and doctor, everyone was very nice and helpful! Especially the nurse on assisting my son's nerves about getting stitches for the first time. She was awesome (I wish I could remember her name!)! We were seen in a short amount of time as a walk in. The office is also very comfortable and clean! We are so glad to have this resource in our area and I hope we never need it again LOL!

I brought my son in to be treated for poison ivy around his eye at the Canton location. I couldn't have been happier with the entire process. We were greeted with very friendly and personable staff at the front desk. Our wait time was very short. Then he was treated with amazing kindness and care from the clinical team. The new clinic is beautiful, clean and relaxing. I will definitely return to this location if the need arises for myself or family.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, we were walk-ins for a rapid Covid test and our wait was very minimal. Our nurse was wonderful and Ms. Owens the nurse practitioner was very thorough and so sweet and friendly. Highly recommend and now know where we will go for any urgent care needs

Amazing people working here, from the front desk who were very friendly and helpful to the nurses and doctors. I brought my 10 month old in with a fever and within 40 minutes of arriving we had the test results and. Best walk-in clinic I have ever been to!
