Waiting well over an hour with an elderly handicap loved one in terrible chairs, still waiting, learn how to schedule appointments appropriately, send food, blankets, water, what year is it now?

They only care about getting you into the office and many times as possible so they can bill your insurance and you. They would cancel 40-45% of my appointments And never call me to reschedule. Once I would call them, they would make it in a in a couple of months. I've wanted to switch from these idiots before Covid-19 Better late than never. AVOID these clowns at all costs These Drs don't deserve to have a medical license. Everything is about making them money

Normally I wouldn't post a review, but after the experience I've had, something has to be said. To make a long story short, once I aged out of my mother's insurance and procured my own, it took the office 6 months to realize I had a new insurance provider, and decided to cut off my script I'd been on for the past 4 years. I've called and explained this, to which Dr. Lichter's secretary Andrea did not listen, tried pinning the blame on my primary doctor (who I've never had a bad time with), and kept talking over me.

She then said she'd call me back, but I've yet to receive a call. I have never been treated so poorly by a Doctor's office before. They genuinely do not care that I've been experiencing withdrawal from stopping my medication cold turkey and when I find a way to escalate this complaint, I plan to.

I had to leave a message to cancel an appointment apparently they don't communicate with each other because I got a call stating that I owed $50 fir a missed appointment. I've never even saw the doctor but I'm going somewhere else to get my care.

These people are ignorant and beyond unreasonable. I was left to deal with a paralyzing injury because had Dr. Landi failed again on the 4th surgery he was going to preform, I would have been a black mark on his record. To avoid this, I got there for an appointment and was told that the practice let me go. I was fired by my doctor. Never again.

This place is wonderful. All health care needs under 1 roof. Very friendly staff! Amazing doctors! I was already in the area for another appointment and finished early. I had an appointment 3 hours later at Invision Health. Long drive back for me, so i stopped to see if there had been a cancellation. The staff was very kind and helpful and lucky me they got me in.

Dr Whitehead is wonderful but the experience trying to make or change an appt is ridiculous! They never answer phone calls, or return messages despite stating they return calls promptly. I tried to make an appt for physical therapy and gave up after three attempts.

Don't know about the Doctor. I only saw a Nurse. Telephone service is terrible. Dr. Landis person, Bridgette is beyond rude and arrogant. Maybe she shouldn't even be dealing with patients. When you're in pain the last thing you need is a person with a bad attitude. I've made an appointment with another Dr. There is no way the service could be worse than what I've experienced at Buffalo Brain and Spine.

Charged me $50 for missing my appointment. I missed it for the first time. The girl at the reception said they called and emailed me. Just sitting there I pulled my Cell records from the carrier's website to show I don't have any calls from their robot system. She was rude and don't want to listen anything. Don't want a doctor who will punish me for a first time mistake.

They must be happy they made $50. But lost all mine and my family's business. Wow what a smart business. Good for me. I found a really good doctor and gave mine and my wife's business to them.

Unbelievable! I was scheduled to see a neurologist and am 45 minutes from their office. I received a call 15 minutes before the appointment time to let me know they had to cancel. I rescheduled and was then called the following week to reschedule again. Apparently the Dr had a family emergency. Understandable. Was advised to come in at the next appointment at 3:30.

At 5:00 I was still sitting there. I had spine surgery and can't stay upright for more than a couple hours at a time and ended up laying on the floor in the waiting area and when I inquired how much longer, the office manager asked if I wanted to reschedule. Seriously? I left. Just so you are aware, tgeis facility also forces you to sign a legal agreement that my attorney advised me not to sign, if you want to speak to a doctor.

Before you ever establish a relationship. I should have listened to my instincts. I would have been just another number to that medical provider. Something I was trying to get away from with DENT Neuro. Aren't there any decent neurologists out there? Unbelievable.
