Dr. Cox was pretty nice and helpful understanding everything. He tried to give us the best option and we are going to follow up with treatment. Place is very clean and his nurse was pretty nice. I will recommend this place. When I was waiting for the follow up appointment they took us through another door and there was not enough sits. So I had to wait standing up for a little I will suggest the put more chairs.

Dr.'a are really great. It seems each time I go though the waits get longer and longer. Not sure if they over book themselves or just dont care others have things to do and sometimes book other appointments while they are in town.

Had an on-going eye issue for some time. Dr. Hansen was not prescribing the correct medications to treat my infection. She also did not prescribe a strong enough eye glass prescription for my eyes even after I explained to her I needed something stronger for better clarity. Not very personable, comes off as rude, and she is rude to her staff.

I share the sentiment of the one reviewer that mentioned the long wait times. Although I feel Dr Hasbrouck is very good at what she does, I don't feel one should have to wait 11/2 to 2 hours for her services. This has happened both times I have seen her. Hopefully it won't happen the third time.

I had a bad experience concerning may appointment. From the start a day before my appoint I received a call to confirm my appointment. The person who called (left message on answering machine) said that if I had any question please call. Well I knew the date & time for my appointment, since I was not ask to call them back. When I arrived the receptionist stated she had called my home & act suprises upon seeing me.

That gave me a funny feeling thinking maybe they just canceled my appointment. In reality it appears things were overbooked. Also notice people were on their phones & not wearing their masks. for this I would have a no phone policy during visits. Dr. Goldberg has performed a cornea transplant & cataracts from both, It appears that I will have to find a new Doctor & location My appointment time was 2:30 pm at 3:00 pm I canceled (my time is as much valuable as anyones including doctors). Stanley Updated : I have since received a call for a appointment from the Eye Institute & decided to give it another shot.

This time the appointment went smoothly & I even purchased my eyeglasses from the store in their office. I am now a happy camper. I suppose that during the Pandemic people can get somewhat irritated & frustrate. I am glad that I gave them a second chance. A word to the wise; Always call & confirm your appointments no matter what you may hear on a recording. Take nothing for granted!

Dr Kali Cole does an insufficient job, and when asked to fix her incomplete work, she sends you off to someone else. No accountability and arrogance to spare
