I'm so humbled to have this opportunity to openly share my experiences at Lusk. Regardless to what others have said nuthin replaces having the experience for urself. I admit the few ppl I personally knew said they were pleased after goin there, however what the described was not even close to how I would've expressed it. Once it was a known I definitely needed cataract surgery on both eyes, what was told to me wasn't sufficient alone in giving me the confidence I needed.
I get an appt date. Literally upon entering I was greeted by persons at the front desk. It's early in the morning so I didn't expect much from them other than to sign in and fill out paperwork. But no, I noticed their attitudes reflected wat they were doin was not just a Job, it was affirmation that I was indeed at The Right Place! From that point it only got Better.
Everyone was organized, structured, calm and despite being very busy I still felt Everyone I came into contact with made me feel my issue was Personal to them! That was very important to me. Then Dr. Bryan was confident, not arrogant taking technical terms and explaining to me in day-to-day language leaving me without a doubt I would be just fine!
I can't apologize for the length of my post only bcuz these r my True Feelings! I not only Strongly Recommend this place but if it at all possible, I wish ur experiences could be Above and Beyond mine. Thx to you Dr. Bryan and All the Staff @ Lusk Eye Specialists!

Most efficient in caring for patients. Even waiting, patients are entertained in common room by videos of animal bloopers. Drs. are on top of recent advances in eye medicine. Very friendly, and most importantly, no pain or discomfort! And I can SEE! And no readers! Thank you, Dr. Bryan Lusk. Dr. Theriot, and all the staff at Lusk Eye Specialists!

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. This was my first time getting eye contacts and they walked me through the process and made sure I understood how to properly wear and care for them. I always refer my entire family and friends to Lusk Eye Specialists. I've always had amazing experiences with the doctors and staff here.

Dr. Bryan Lusk was so rude and arrogant. I had seen another doctor in the practice in the months prior to seeing him. That doctor was very kind. However, when my eye continued to present discomfort, I wanted another opinion. So they fit me in and after waiting 2 hours past the time they told me to come in I finally saw Dr. Lusk. Thinking he might have read my file (or at least the notes) I asked him if my eye issue stemmed from an issue that I came in previously for.
He very rudely said, "I don't know this is the first time I've seen you." He spoke over me the entire visit, would not let me ask my questions and treated me like he was the doctor and I'm just a dumb female. He walked out of the room without saying a word to me. I was stunned. His assistant went on to schedule my recommended surgery and as I sat there, I said, "no, that man is not touching my eye." I left and was so shook up after being treated like garbage, sat in my car and cried.

I paid $4000.00 for eye surgery in January of 2021 and here it is September 2021 and my eyes are more blurry than they were before having the surgery and the doctor say that's how they gone be until they clear up, well I don't think so the procedure was guaranteed up to a year for them to correct any issues you may have after the surgery with your vision, but that is a bunch of bull he wouldn't even schedule me another appointment telling me that oh your sight will continue to clear up with in the next 6 months well its not clearing up its getting worse and they have gotten a free $4000.00 so people be ware you might just need to keep buying eyeglasses at least you will be able to see clearly. Cause I can't see faces clearly unless they are within 5 feet of my presence. #FUMING MAD

I believe life is the most precious gift of all. What is life? Simple answer, time. Appointments are made for a reason. There is no excuse for constantly making valuable humans, real true life people, wait over an hour for their "appointment ", then sitting them in a room for another. I can not understand why a five minute exam takes 3 hours. How you treat people reflects yourself and your organization.

I just had my 2nd eye surgery for cataract removal done and, as my 1st eye surgery, I am thrilled with my results. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and explain what they are doing for you. Dr. Brian Lusk was my eye surgeon and I want to thank him for his preciseness and dedication in helping his patients achieve their sight back. I now have 20/20 crystal clear vision! Highly recommend Lusk Eye and Lusk Surgery Center.

Yesterday I had an appointment at Lusk Eye Center. My appointment was scheduled for 3:45pm and I arrived at 3:48pm. When I arrived I was checked in and few minutes later called up to pay for contact lens fitting and half of the cost of my lenses which totaled $567.00. I was given a piece of paper with some figures written on it. The figures were $235-my fitting fee including cost of solutions and cleaning kit. $900 pair of lenses which was different than price of $650 - $750 told me by Kendra over the phone.
I became a little alarmed at the price difference so when I was called back I asked the young lady helping me if I could go straight back to the doctor to get clarity on the cost of the lenses. Dr. Sue Donald comes in the room and explains to me that the price given me was for minimum fit verses maximum fit. She said that I seemed to be intelligent and knowledgeable and that I can understand why the price could change due to the complications with the type of lenses I was getting.
We proceed with the process to fit my lenses on my eyes. After a few failed attempts to get the right lens to fit properly we got a good fit I thought and moved on to my left eye. We put the lens on my left eye and she began to have me read letters on the screen ahead of me. I was having a difficult time with my left eye. Dr. Sue Donald pulled the machine away from me and looked at me with a very cold & calloused face and said she was not going to be able continue my fit.
She said she would be doing me an injustice because this fit was rushed because she had a flight to catch and the young lady assisting her had a baby at home to get to. She said she could order the lenses but they wouldn't be right or I could just come back at another time that was convenient for me. She said they never should have scheduled me at 3:45pm anyway as if it were my fault!
I sat in my chair stunned that this doctor would treat me this way. I had to take off from work to come to the appointment. My time was completely wasted and meant nothing to this doctor! She made me feel that my vision and need to see meant nothing to her. I was insignificant! Mind you, these lenses I couldn't get fit with anywhere else locally because most doctors don't fit them because of the amount of time it takes and what it costs them.
This is why I was getting ready to pay her $1135 for these custom made lenses. Dr. Donald left the room with no apology as I sat in the chair in complete horror! I was so upset that I just began to cry. I asked the young lady was there another doctor that I could see? She said she would find out. She returned to tell me there was no other doctor. I had to wait until today to get my refund. I absolutely do not trust or recommend the services at Lusk Eye Center.

Beautiful facilities. It is everything you would expect a family run clinic should be. Everyone was nice and extremely professional. I had eye surgery and I was very well taken care of. I can't say enough good things about them! Dr Bryan Lusk was super nice and informative. Wait times were acceptable. I loved the waiting room temperature but if you are cold natured, bring something extra to wear. They text you to remind you of your appointment.love that too.
