Had a great experience overall. Sleep study went well, doctors were great.

This location was very accommodating to me. Noticed other reviews which were low. Not sure of how others were treated but the staff were very professional during my experience. The actual sleep study went well and everything went just as discussed.

They will waste your time and are clueless about you as a patient. Follow-up on your care is nonexistent. Missed multiple days from work at appointments that were a complete waste of time.

Excellent care given at the clinic when I first went 2 years ago along with all followups. They helped me and I know have helped many many others with their expertise and quality of care with sleep issues.

I don't understand why all the bad reviews. Everyone here has been more than kind to me each time I have come. They seam generally concerned, even the ladies working overnight have a great attitude and jokes around with you.

As others have stated- all they care about is money. Don't waste your time and effort here. If your doctor refers you here, ask them to find somewhere less shady for a referral. Receptionist I spoke with was quite pleasant on the phone, but the rest of the staff is surly, obnoxious, and spiteful. I've received better service from a sleazy fast food franchise suffering from bad management.

I had to cancel my appointment. I called a month in advance to advise them. I later received a bill in the mail. I called the office and spoke with someone who said I should not have been charged and would take care of it. I continue to receive a bill for that appointment which was canceled with 30 days notice. I only got replacement equipment once and that was after a phone call. I was advised it would automatically be mailed. I would recommend going somewhere else.

Had sinus surgery done my ent recommended that my cpap pressure be turned down. I took a script from my ent to the sleep clinic the doctor basically treated me as if I was stupid and questioned everything.if I have a script from a doc where is there a problem

I called to look into scheduling a sleep study for a family member and the person who answered the phone was abrupt, short and interrupted me. She rudely interrupted me and said the individual had to be referred by their doctor. When I said, I believed they had been, before I could get the words out, she asked for date of birth. She rudely said they didn't have them yet.

Just seemed rude and unhelpful and continued to cut me off. I felt like they didn't want to deal with us or want to serve us. I would not want my family being seen or treated here period. A sleep study is something that is unfamiliar with many people and can be a little scary. They should make potential patients feel comfortable when they are calling and seeking information about treatment. Glad my loved one wasn't referred to this clinic! We won't be coming here!
