My experience with Dr. Rao was excellent. From the first meeting, through surgery and follow up. We are lucky to have her in Central Oregon!

This review is for the endocrinology department in particular. After being referred to endocrinology for elevated TPO antibodies along with numerous symptoms, Dr. Carroll rejected the referral and left a note that "elevated TPO antibodies would definitely not cause fatigue". This goes against plenty of documented evidence to the contrary, as well as against plenty of easily accessed patient testimonies of people with Hashimoto's.

I haven't even had my T3 or T4 levels checked yet, because I was waiting to see the endocrinologist. I'm left wondering why my referral would be hastily rejected when I'm clearly in need of help and further testing. Meanwhile, I'm on a leave of absence from my job because my symptoms are so debilitating. I'd love an explanation of why patients are not being put first at this facility.

Dr Belza and his staff are very well organized, with short wait times and good understanding of my medical history. They ore polite and respectful, and keep me informed of test results. Dr Belza does not jump to surgery as the only option, but considers alternatives. I am very pleased by the care and attention I am receiving.

I've been using this medical facility for most of my life for my primary care - the doctors and staff have always been kind, thorough, and helpful. I have always felt safe in their hands and as though they have my best interest in mind.

Summit Health offers a wide variety of medical services. Our experience includes preventative care through semiannual visits and diagnostics. We have also used Urgent Care services and seen specialists all in the same facility. It's very convenient and provides a sense of continuity in care.

Summit Health Eastside has treated me very well. I have wonderful providers and always treated with courtesy. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Our family physician, Dr. Mattie Towle is an excellent doctor and we appreciate all that she does to keep us healthy. She is truly a keeper!

Dr Michael Feldman is an amazing Dr. He is brilliant, compassionate and genuine. His treatment has literally changed my life. Thankful for him and his wonderful team.

Amazing care. They go over and above to make you feel comfortable and feel understood. Answering questions that come up or even going back into your chart and really examining it so they can provide you with every care needed. They leave nothing out and make you feel that you are their top priority and not just another patient. I recommend Summit Health to anyone who feels they are brushed aside from their primary Dr. When you know you really need help in times of health distress.

Terrible care! I was there for over an hour and not one time did they address any onr of the 3 health reasons i was there! They just want to run the bill up to your insurance! I would rather see an animal vet and take my chancrs than to go back yhere!
