Horrible office staff to deal. I came in to do a flu and strep test yet they wouldn't even give me a strep test. They made me do a covid test even though I told them I did not want one. And now they are charging me over $500 for it. It's sad this place has really gone down over the last couple years. I used to recommend this office to everyone. Suzette who said she is the office manager is very rude.

During a phone call all she wanted to do was talk over me and then hung up on me. If you're looking for a new doctor's office only come here if you want to be treated like you don't matter.

It's been a LONG time since I've had such good customer service at a medical doctor's office. It took me back to a time and place when providers and their staff cared about their patients and wanted you to have a good customer experience. From the moment I made the phone call, walked in the office, and checked out at the end, I had an amazing experience.

My new provider, Jeff Seegers, took the time he needed to get to know me as a new patient and did a thorough exam. They checked all my boxes and will be my forever PCP! Thank you Carolina Family Healthcare for making me feel cared for!

The office staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They make eye contact and smile. Dr. K. is an amazing doctor. He takes so much time with his patients and is incredible compassionate.

It is a pleasure to be patients of Carolina Family Healthcare. The staff is friendly, informative and helpful. The office is thorough in sick care as well as preventive care, covering everything needed within the office for wellness visits. Office visits are scheduled without long delays and appointments are kept to the time scheduled. Phone calls with questions are answered promptly. Dr. Kanelos is exceptional.

He is well informed, warm and friendly and takes time to answer questions. We are blessed to know that our medical needs are covered by professionals who care and who are available when needed. Everything about this independent doctor and his staff is outstanding.

Been going to this practice for about 10 years or so & I have never had a negative experience. I see Erik Osborne & he has helped me tremendously with my anxiety & has helped me identify & resolve other health concerns that I wouldn't have known about otherwise. I highly recommend this provider to anyone! Updated review as of 3/4/22: Erik is no longer with the practice & this practice has become ALL about the money.

They are withholding test results from me currently until I make an appt NEXT WEEK! They called & told me the lady wanted to talk to me about results but won't tell me what's going on & won't let me see my labs. Infuriating. God forbid they lose out on the money for a follow up appt. I will be leaving this practice immediately.

Great service. Easy to schedule app. Love Dr. Kanelos as he is always willing to listen and offer advice other than pills if not needed. Very understandable. Highly recommend the place.

Dr. Kanelos and the entire staff at CFH take an individual interest in me as a patient and prescribe the best for my whole being. I cant ask for a better healthcare provider that truly has by wellbeing at heart. Thank you all!

I have known Dino Kanelos, MD for over 16 years. And he has been my personal physician for the last 6+ years. I know him as a doctor, a wonderful husband, and an incredible father. He treats the whole person. He takes time to see the big picture. And he is one of the most positive and energetic people I have ever met. It is a joy just to talk to him.

He's a fantastic doctor and an even better person. There are very good reasons why he has all those plaques on the wall in his waiting room for being one of the top doctors in Charlotte. I cannot recommend him highly enough

My doctor, Erick Osborne and his nurse Angie are awesome. They care about their patients. They are thorough and attentive. Dr. Seeger is another phenomenal practitioner in the office. I trust them with my life. My health is their priority. I highly recommend Carolina Family Health.

I was in the process of finding a new physician after 30 years and came across the staff and doctor at Carolina Family Healthcare. This group of personnel is a class act. Very professional, customer service is well above the average and very personable. I'm just in aww with the bedside manners of Dr. Maureen Scott. I have found my stay for hopefully another 30 years with her.
