We worked with Dr Bachus and his staff on and off for a year during Covid and have nothing but positive things to say about this office. Plans are individualized and everyone is super supportive and knowledgeable. We got pregnant on our 3rd IUI cycle and now have a healthy baby boy. I won't hesitate to come back when we're ready for a second child.

I highly recommend RMCFRM. After 3 years of inability to conceive, we saw Dr. Bachus. The office is small and welcoming, not intimidating like other clinics. Everyone from Dr. Bachus to the front desk staff makes such a difficult thing into a good experience. They created an individualized plan for me and I did not feel like a number. Dr. Bachus did not rush me to IVF and was willing to help find the root of my issues.

I had 2 surgeries and did 3 IUI's before doing IVF. I know many clinics would not have let me do this but we wanted to avoid IVF if possible. However, IVF was successful on our first round and we are pregnant with twins! I was most impressed by my care during IVF. It went better than I could have imagined. The nurses Kelly and Jenneka were very attentive to my questions and needs and Kelley even met me on an off day to get me some medicine I needed.

After our transfer, I felt the support of each staff who I had gotten to know over my year of care with them. I felt that they were truly rooting for me. If you are willing to do the work, they will help you do it. I don't think you can beat the care of a smaller clinic. I will genuinely miss this group and cannot wait for my babies to meet the team that got them here.

I love this clinic. Everyone is so helpful and kind. I've been going through the IVF process for about two years and not once have I been felt unimportant or dissatisfied with the care and help I've received. We've gone through alot from not being covered by insurence to problems medically and the doctor never once said there wasn't a solution or another method to try. I'm so grateful for what this clinic does.

We were referred to the clinic from our general OB after trying progesterone to conceive our 3rd baby and having a miscarriage. Upon arriving, we informed the team of my genetic history of women in my family having very early menopause (40 and under). They kept assuring us that since I have had babies before, it was an easy fix. It was just a hormone adjustment.

After a second miscarriage under their care and thousands of dollars later, they finally decided to test my AMH levels, which were extremely low. We learned later is important in understanding ovarian reserve. The nurse that did the majority of our care said that it would be very challenging to conceive but not impossible. After doing a bit of our own research, most other fertility clinics would not move forward with treatment with these numbers as it would not be ethical.

Please do your research before entering this clinic. We felt completely disrespected and were put through another loss that could have been avoided. From the office side, after our numbers came back, my husband made it very clear to not call me after hearing this devastating news. He told them to give him a call to wrap up any financial matters. They proceeded to call me several times even after he affirmed that only his number should be called.

Just when we thought we were moving on, they called me again to try and collect another $300 for who knows what. This type of behavior proved a lack of sensitivity for such a personal matter. I know it's a drive but please consider clinics in Denver.

We absolutely love the staff and Dr. B. They all have so much care and compassion. We always felt well-informed about our options, the challenges and realities facing us and the cost of the treatments and medications. We were a particularly hard case, with underlying long-term medical conditions that the team here was able to identify when no other medical professional had. Fertility issues are very emotionally taxing and I don't believe we would have made it to our end-goal of having a beautiful, healthy baby girl without the care and support of this doctor and his staff.

If you're looking for a doctor that's just about medical facts and data then this is your place. There's no empathy or consideration for the patients history, experience, or feelings and emotions. We had gotten ill with a stomach bug and were getting ready to tell our son about our pregnancy so wanted a reassurance scan and originally they agreed and made the appointment.

We showed up and they told us that actually they would not see us and we had to wait another week, even though we were already there and ready to go. Very inconsiderate and cold about the whole situation. We will not be using them in the future and we recommend future patients seek an alternative route.

My wife and I recently went in for an initial consultation with Dr. Bachus. Upon arrival we signed all the usual forms and were informed by the front office staff that my wifes plan covered everything, and that we had already met our deductible. We proceeded with the visit where it was advised to have an ultrasound done. My wife recently had one preformed about a month prior.

We were told this would be covered as well and decided to proceed. About a week after the appointment, Kathy called my wife and I letting us know that our plan had denied coverage. The office lowered our bill by 50% to adjust for their error, but this does not seem fair. We made the decision for an ultrasound based upon information provided by the office staff.

The only thing the office has said back is that it's your fault you didn't check your plan. Why give this information to people and then not stand behind your work you do? There are too many other professional practices out there that don't operate in this manner. The worst part about the conversations I had with office staff was when I was told the office needs to keeps its doors open and they have a business to run, with no regards to the fact they just screwed my wife and I out of money.

I'm still early in my treatment but I absolutely love this office and the staff. It may be because it's small but they're so different from other fertility clinics I have gone to. In other clinics, the doctor usually has you wait a lengthy amount of time to be seen, quickly rushes you out after taking your money, and is hard to get in contact with over the phone. Dr. Bachus and his nurses always seem very helpful and hear me out with any question or concerns. They do not seem like they're in it for the money and are extremely easy to get ahold of, even on the weekends. I'm so happy I found this office.

After shopping around to find a doctor I could work with, I decided hands down that Dr. Bachus and his staff were the way to go for IVF for me. To me having a staff that actually hears you and has respect for your concerns was for more important than who had the highest success rate. I am not one to give up all choices in regards to my body for a baby.

The other clinics in the area had more of it's our way or the highway approach, some things were not negotiable. I felt very listened to and respected. I liked that they were willing to take the time to do other testing the other clinics refused to do, just so I could be sure about going forward with donor eggs. He was also very honest about the reality of things and really took the time to answer questions.

They were always very professional yet made you feel welcome and like family. We got pregnant with twins on the first transfer. I wish he could be my doctor for the entire pregnancy, I love him and his staff that much.
