My child is sick with a fever and will not see him the same day! Not accommodating to taking care of my sick child. Also called over the weekend and left a message with my sons symptoms and no concern to check on him. Completely disappointed! Have been going to this office for many many years and I am completely shocked with their customer service and care in the patients well being! Certainly going to be changing doctors asap

I worked there for one month the Staff talks about their Patients the lady in the front seems to have a nasty attitude. Thank God I left that place. All they care about is giving vaccination to Children and if you refuse any of them they then tell you they don't want to see your Child ( they drop you) as Patients The Office managers is a liar and a user

Yesterday I had an appointment for my daughter's well visit. I contacted them to tell them that I was running a little late and I was on fair lawn ave turning into the parking lot and I would be right in. The receptionist on the phone stated unless I was going to be there in 1 minute my appointment was going to be canceled and I was going to get charged a fee.

She kept me on the phone with her cold abrasive unprofessional attitude. Since I was already in the parking lot and my appointment was canceled I figured I'd just go in to pay the fee. I walked up to the desk and the woman at the desk was the same one I spoke to on the phone. I stated that she canceled my appointment and I wanted to pay the fee. She than says ooo I thought you were on fair lawn ave.

I replied yes. Turning into your parking lot. As if she was trying to catch me in a lie. I felt as if she was becoming increasingly more aggressive. She continued to argue with me and give me the absolute worst attitude. I am a very laid back person and do not indulge in confrontation easily. This woman made me so angry with her aggressive and unprofessional demeanor that I had to walk away from her as she was in mid sentence just to keep my composure.

I left the office went back into my car and was still completely bothered by the way I was treated by this woman I called the office in Pompton plains to make an appointment with them because I feared if I saw this woman again it would not go as smoothly on my part. I have never been met with such hostility and unprofessionalism before in my life.

This woman should not be working in an office that sees children at all. When I got home I called the office again to speak to the office manager Barbara. The same receptionist answered the phone. I left a message for Barbara and Still have not had my call returned. I have since calmed down from the situation and reflected on it and will return to the office again because the doctors are good and majority of the staff as been very professional.

I will however never deal with that woman again and I have absolutely no problem telling them that the next time I go in there. They need to re evaluate their staff and perhaps hire more up beat friendlier people.

Receptionists are extremely nasty and rude on the phone. Left this location due to them and how mismanaged everything is. nothing ever seemed clean either during a pandemic. doctors were always friendly and accommodating though. receptionists need a lesson on how to talk to parents, or they need to be fried and new stuff should be hired. and I see im not the only one on here with complaints about the staff.

Just called in to request sick visit. After being on hold for a longest time I was told they have no open spots for today. Fine, I understand, but when I asked about tomorrow's availability the receptionist told me to call tomorrow early in the morning to find out. Can't even get an appointment? How many times I have to call? Very poor customer service.

This are the worse place. Customer service is not nice. My kids got sick after they went there for check up. They bill for you $5 for the supplies that they clean the room with which is I never heard about it. They will just try to rip you and rip your insurance as much as they could. Won't recommend them to anyone.

They don't care about kids, they only care about getting kids vaccinated. When we brought our toddler with severe rash on his body they didn't take a proper look at him, they looked at him within 6 feet distance without examining his body properly. First they said it was viral rash. During follow up visit in a week, they said it is scabies. Eventually, we visited dermatologist and neither diagnoses was confirmed.

Also in the beginning all they cared about was vaccination. They told we can't visit them if we are against immunizations. We are actually not. I consider their policy is inappropriate. Actually we vaccinated him two days before rash started. My son still has been having rash for three weeks as of today.

Both my 1 year old and 2 year old has been coming to this practice since birth and they have been great! All the docs are professional and caring and staff are nice and helpful. Their late sick kid visit hours(till 8pm), weekend emergency sick hours, 24/hr nurse/doc hotline gives me the peace of mind that I will have support and care for my children when I need it.

Pediatricare has taken care of my son since he was born. When I was pediatrician shopping, they offered to make an appointment with me before he was born to discuss the practice, its policies, etc. All their doctors are caring, knowledgable and highly professional. My son had some issues and they helped us immensely. You can usually get a sick visit the same day; they do sick visits & emergencies on the weekends too.

Though we don't always get the same doctors-- they have a large group-- all of the doctors are excellent with kids, good with questions, listen carefully, and down-to-earth as well being willing to investigate and learn more. They are being very careful during the pandemic, separating sick from well visits, cleaning everything even more than usual.

Coming from a horrible experience at our last pediatrician, we came to this location with our guards up. First thing standing to us is they have two waiting sections (sick & non-sick). This keeps colds from spreading. They have cute decorations all over the office. You can tell it was done with care. That's important because the staff display that special attention to detail and care to their patients.

The office seems to be brand new and well kept. No scratches or paint missing off the wall. Seats are comfy. Waiting rooms are spacious. Patient rooms are also comfortable and not intimidating. Leslie (Receptionist) was especially helpful. She went out of her way to get a frustrating insurance process sorted out for us. She went the extra mile & it made my wife and I feel valued. Nurses have all been super pleasant, knowledgeable, warm, and phenomenal with our two little ones.

Our most recent visit was for school required physical and vaccines. Our nurse (wish I remembered her name) made my oldest daughter feel so comfortable. She engaged her in conversation, gave her a little drawing activity to do, complimented the work she created, and by the time shots were done, our little monster barely fussed. Doctors have been amazing as well.

We have worked with 2 doctors so far and they both have made our visits feel great. They approach in a way that's not condescending, they encourage questions, they've also been awesome with our kids, they've been patient with our paperwork process and clear at explaining what's happening and why. The undertone is very empathetic. They want you to feel like you're doing a great job at caring for your child. That's super encouraging. Guards officially down. Faith restored in our child's healthcare provider!
