Our team of Interventional Radiologists use image-guided techniques to diagnose and treat various conditions such as infections, tumors, vascular disorders. Uterine fibroids, also called leiomyomas or myomas, are abnormal benign growths that occur in the wall, or protrude from the wall, of the uterus. They can be as small as a pea, or grow to the size of a grapefruit, even larger! They can occur as single or multiple growths; sometimes as many as a dozen or more.
The shrinking of the prostate decreases pressure on the urethra (portion of the urinary tube that travels through the prostate). Interventional radiologists and urologists work together in order to identify patients with lower urinary tract symptoms due to BPH and to recommend the best treatment options.

New Century imaging is great! The billing department is another story worse billing ever, I sent the billing the department the EOB plus proof that I paid the invoice. They are still threatening me to pay something that has been paid and they have proof I paid it. Worse Billing for New Century

I am rather frustrated with this place. Good luck if you're a workman's comp case. They will refuse to see you if you do not have a case number or the insurance of your place of work. My place of work is closed for two days out of the week, I would have had no problem paying out of pocket and then getting reimbursed by workman's comp.

For my experience this time, I would give a star. However, I have been to this facility before. The facility is impressive, even though it was near impossible for me to get an appointment here. That is why an extra star was given.

I have been using this facility since 2003 and have always had a great experience. The staff is always professional and courteous. I would recommend this facility, stay away from the oradell location.

I have all my "imaging" done here - mammograms, bone density, and any other X-rays I should need. I can usually get a convenient appointment quickly. The staff here is very friendly, helpful and efficient. If I should need a Rx for a test and I don't have it from my doctor, they get it quickly. I rarely need to wait very long. Test results are usually provided before I leave, and are promptly sent to my doctor. The facility is clean and comfortable and the equipment appears to be the latest. I've come here for many years and I've never had a problem.

My mom went here recently. I felt terrible when she told me the experience she had at this facility. Unfriendly staff at the front desk. She was nervous to go into the machine but no one was comforting or reassuring. Once it was established that she wouldn't be able to go through with it, one of the men took the earbuds out of her ear and pulled her hair while doing so but didn't even say "sorry" or "excuse me".

They seemed annoyed and treated her like she was wasting their time. When she was walking out, a woman at the desk handed her her paperwork back and sarcastically said "BYEEEEE!" And quickly turned away. How awful to make a patient feel this way! Shame on you!

Arrive at 8 am I was told on phone and online- 'noooo go out to your car and we will text you when you can come in as we can't have anyone sitting in here' - what are those people doing? 'Ohhh they are waiting for their appointments (sitting in chairs)' What are they talking about? Always bizarre here.hurry up and wait is the name of the game. What is the point of washing customers time? Is it a power play? Never improves

I have to say NCI is stepping up it's game. It would be 5 stars if the would get rid of latex products. Facility is clean. Check in was a breeze. Pre registration was great. Nurse gave me a quick IV and my MRI techs were wonderful. Disk were burned quickly. Lovely experience.

Extremely professional and well-organized facility. They take social distancing and mask wearing very seriously. The staff is wonderful, especially Ryan who has such a pleasant and humorous demeanor with the patients.

I have been coming here for many years and have had numerous tests Pet, Cat, Mri, Mra ultrasounds and mammos. This is the only place I will go. Yes sometimes you have to wait some but you have to remember they sometimes have problems with patients. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and care.

11:45 appointment and still waiting for second part of test at 1:30.unless you get the first appointment expect to waste many hours here. The only reason I come is because I only have to once a year and now I'm thinking of changing even from this one day. Why is it such an issue to keep a schedule? Is it really that difficult?

I recently had a Ct Scan and the Technician Lisa was absolutely wonderful! She made me so comfortable and went beyond, finding an MRI from 13 years ago that will be very helpful to my doctor. It is a great facility!

The wait time is ridiculously long. I ended up going here because my regular location did not have a working machine to perform mammograms. I pray that I will never have to return here again! 2 hours and most of it was waiting! I'll never return here again!

I was so apprehensive and nervous getting my first mammogram. Everyone was so kind and gentle and positive made me feel really relaxed. the imaging itself in spite of what I've heard was not uncomfortable at all I kept waiting to feel discomfort and I felt none. I will not put this procedure off anymore. Sheri was terrific and calmed me.

I've been going to this imaging center for years to get my mammogram done. They always get my test done in record time! I have PTSD, therefore my anxiety is often at a high level on an average day let alone on the day I am getting a nerve wracking test done. Yesterday I had my mammogram done by Michelle she was absolutely amazing! Very compassionate, kind and gentle she definitely made the experience comfortable. I dearly appreciate the staff and their level of caring.

This center is made up of a kind, professional and knowledgeable staff. I dealt with Renee at the front desk, She is amazing and patiently addressed my difficulties with my doctor's office when I was unable to obtain a prescription for my scheduled procedure. I left the doctors office and called here to make an appointment for an X-ray. I was able to book a spot as short as 30 minutes out. Went in and in matter of minutes was through the reception desk and getting my X-ray. It was a total of no more than 10 minutes from walking in to leaving this center. Very quick process with friendly staff.

I had an arthrogram at this place back in May. I confirmed my insurance with two separate receptionists. Both assured me that I was in network. Four months later I received a bill for over $400. Upon investigating with NSI and my insurance, I find out that they are out of network and do not participate with my insurance (hence can bill whatever they want).

I had an ultrasound of my Fallopian tubes to ensure there wasn't any blockage and found the process to be efficient and good. It was crowded in the waiting room, but I didn't have to wait too long. The nurse who stayed with me during the exam was amazing, kind, and empathetic. She thoroughly explained the entire process to me; and the doctor who did the examination was great too.
