Pre covid they were great. Barely ever waited in waiting room. I seen some said the receptionist were rude, however never rude to me. I might get were yall say no personality though. Since covid my doctor literally won't even see me. If I'm sick they try to give me advice over the phone which is useless. Not to mention I called at 9am and just received a call back at 2pm.

I thought the whole point of a doctors office is to be able to go in and be seen. I literally have to go to a urgent care because they act as if everyone in the world has covid. Very frustrating

If I could give 0 stars I would. Receptionists are EXTREMELY RUDE! Handed in a form to be signed and they said they would call me. was still waiting for the call 4 days later. Finally, I called to see what was going on and the receptionist failed to tell me that my provider wouldn't be able to sign it for 3 weeks. I should have never had to pay $15 for a signature in the first place. The girls at the desk have no personality. I can't wait to get out of this office.

The receptionist is incredibly rude and incompetent! I made an appointment a few days ago, but needed to cancel today. I called and said that I needed to cancel the appointment and she said that I didn't have an appointment. I told her I had one on Wednesday and she says in a really snotty voice, " not here you didnt." I'm was a little shocked with how unprofessional she was being and said " Oh ok." And she just goes" ok bye". Like, she can't even be bothered to help me, even though it was her fault. She's the one who scheduled my appointment.

I really like Dr Gullickson, I had a personal question and asked to speak to him alone, because I also felt uncomfortable with his trainer in room he was very accommodating to my needs, He really does care about his patients, Remember We All Have to be proactive with our health. I write things down to discuss with him, He is helpful to my needs since they escalated in the last year.

This is when I truly figured out he was the best. I've been going for years, my problem list before when I was seeing him there was never nothing that was going to heal me after I had to many back surgeries, I Wasn't having any more. He Was My Mother's Doctor she loved Dr Gullickson, When I walk in I usually wait 5 minutes, Then I'm called into room

Staff works very hard but doctor constantly overbooked. Average time spent between doctor and myself.10-12 minutes. Office charges $50 for missed/no show appointments but doctor often cancels because HE won't be in.a number of times less than the 48 hrs they demand. Also misdiagnosed groin pain as muscle strain.hip deterioration was true cause and hip replacement solved 2 + years of pain. Missed serious abdominal situation.again properly diagnosed and repaired elsewhere!

Receptionist is terribly rude and not personable at all; she acted as though I had personally offended her by calling. Also, she me on hold for 10 minutes and all I called for was to set up an appointment. on the phone line specifically for setting up appointments. I don't think I'll be going here. Anyone have suggestions for a better primary care provider? Feel free to let me know! If not, I'll just keep my appointment and update this review later if I change my mind about this place, which is doubtful!

So far, nothing but good to say about this place. The reception area is very welcoming and so are the receptionists. The nurses and the doctor I saw were wonderful. They get you in in a timely manner and were very understanding when we had to reschedule an appointment. They are very technologically savy and have a patient portal that makes life much easier. Thank you to Northtowns for taking us in when our doctors office closed.

Horrible experience. I was looking for a new doctor. My preference was to have a male doctor so I chose Dr. Gullickson from my health plan. When I arrived for my 1st visit the doctor came in with his young female scribe. I was never informed about this beforehand. I found this made it very difficult and awkward to dicuss my health with him. I finished the appointment and I let them know I would need to call to schedule a follow up rather than book one then.

Truly I had no intent on returning. A few months later I received a bill for a missed appointment I never made. Between the awkwardness of having a scribe in the room and billing me for an appointment I never made, this place is very unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Sorry one person had a bad experience! I owe my life to Dr. Stehlik for his exceptional diagnostic skills. have been a patient in their practice for at least 3 decades. Every professional staff members and 3ach support staff personnel are most pleasant, compassionate and accommodating.

Absolutely horrible after going here for over 15 years and watching their service get worse and worse I have decided to change doctors. I do however like Dr Gullickson but I honestly feel the problem is the staff. The last straw for me is when I'm in the ER on a Friday and am told to call my Dr Monday to get a appointment and get in immediately to have my blood pressure and sugar levels checked that they are high and I call at 9 am Monday morning tell them what happened and I don't get a call back till Tuesday at 10 am.

It really makes me wonder what would happen if I was to go into diabetic shock or stroke out due to the blood pressure. Thanks for your concern now it's time for me to move on and find better health care!
