Services
We have pediatric physicians on staff to ensure your child receive specialized treatment anytime, day or night. We treat ALL AGES which means every member of the family can receive non-emergency care after-hours, seven days a week. We have a convenient location with evening and weekend hours to fit your busy schedule: 2290 Ogletree Ave, Suite 102.
Emily Dunkel worked with her husband, Eric, and brother-in-law, Jason, when they founded locally owned PM Pediatrics in 2007. It was the first after-hours pediatric urgent care in Chattanooga, and she always had a love for the company. Her dream was to one day lead its growth after her four children were old enough.
It's official, NiteOwl is now treating patients of all ages. We have shifted our focus from pediatric care to family care in effort to better serve the families of Chattanooga. Fret not, we have still retained our pediatric practitioners, ensuring your child continues to receive the very best from our after-hour urgent care services.
We are happy to offer telemedicine appointments to help your family receive the medical care you need from the comfort of your home, seven days a week. Select that you would like to utilize the telemedicine appointment service via your appointment confirmation text. Wait for further instructions from the doctor's office, as paperwork and payment will need to be submitted prior to your virtual appointment. If you or your child has any difficulty breathing, please proceed to the nearest Emergency Department immediately.

The receptionist at the front desk wasn't too friendly and acted as if we were the filthy, handed our cards back and forth with a mask when indeed there were gloves she could've used. Anywho, I don't recommend due to this reason because first impressions are everything. However, we were in and out. Everyone else in the office was great! Thanks for your services.

I cannot sing enough praises about this place! We brought my daughter here tonight because her ears were hurting! And they were so patient with her and did things at her pace to make sure she was ok! From the Front Desk, to the Nurse, to the NP they are all absolutely amazing! We are so thankful to have gone!

Took my son here last night 4/23/2022 for a sore between his legs they didn't even look at it just assumed it was such and gave him antibiotics and a cream. I'm sorry you are a doctor and are supposed to look at what the problem is and decide what it is before you just give him meds. She might have just gave him a med that was to treat something totally different just cause she didn't want to look at it and do her dang job.
That's not a good dr if you ask me she doesn't care about her license is what it says to me or the patients she sees. I made them look at it but of course she wasn't going to change what she said it was by then. Paid $95 for them to not even look at the sore don't know that I will be back here.

I am so thankful I found Nite Owl Pediatrics. My 10 month old son was suffering from an allergic reaction to peanuts. Nite Owl saw us immediately and truly were a God send to our family. They remained calm and were so kind to my son. They took one of the scariest moments of my life and handled it with expertise and calmness. They worked efficiently and helped us tremendously.
The next day they even called to check on my son to see how he was doing. My pediatricians office doesn't even give that kind of care. Everyone was excellent there but Heather, Jennifer, and a young man, I forget his name, went above the call or action. I would highly recommend them! I hope to not have to go back but if I do find myself in need of an urgent care I will be going to them.

This place is amazing! I got here right at closing time with my 2 month old and they took us no problem! Had the best attitude. Heather and Amanda treated my baby and were amazing! Would give them 10 stars if I could! The nice young man on the phone was extremely helpful at helping me find the place. The whole staff here is amazing!

I had an absolutely horrible experience here. I came with my daughter who is just a little over a year old for deep cut. Besides waiting forever while my child was bleeding, the staff was absolutely incompetent. The doctor/NP (didn't specify or introduce herself) clearly had not had sufficient experience as she had to take a picture of the cut and show it to a supervisor before proceeding.
While I get a second opinion is often warranted, this other person never came in the room themselves, so it felt unprofessional to take a picture (which involved holding my child down). After waiting for a very long time after this conversation in the very not kid-friendly room, the practitioner came back and asked me what I thought the treatment should be between two options (to clarify, she didn't ask my what I preferred after giving me information to weigh my options, she just asked me what I thought was best.
For the record, I am not a medical doctor). Instead of picking the choice that would have involved going somewhere else (which I now wish I would have done), I went with the procedure that could be performed there. After waiting an eternity later with a screaming child in a VERY hot room, there were a series of additional mistakes including having to re-clean my screaming baby's wound, having inadequate medical supplies, and ultimately asking me to try to put my baby to sleep to put a bandaid on her myself because she immediately took off the ridiculous attempt at a bandage they put on her the first time (after holding her down for minutes to do so). I will never go back here.
