We are devoted to helping patients achieve their goals. We are not here to sell procedures, but to help patients make informed choices as well as perform procedures to the best of our ability. We strive to limit all types of pain and discomfort. Not only physical pain, but emotional, mental and financial. We do our utmost to schedule and see patients in a timely manner both before and after the surgery. We feel our fee schedule is extremely competitive. We pride our practice on our timely responsiveness to patient's concerns and questions.
Addressing and answering the what, who, where, how, and when question sequence can help educate and prepare patients for procedures. What is the procedure in question? Who will benefit from the procedure of interest and who is an ideal candidate? Where is the procedure be performed? In office, an accredited outpatient facility, or in a hospital?

Dr. Kiener saved my life. There is no other way to say it. He properly diagnosed my condition AND knew the likelihood of Medicare paying it, he said the odds were 97% and he was right. He had to really convince me to have surgery because I was afraid of the expense because we are retired. During surgery he found I had been bleeding and there was a lot of fluid inside.
The thing is he KNEW that when he first met me! He has a ton of experience and I benefited tremendously from it. I didn't realize how horrible I was feeling until I got all that horrible stuff corrected and now I feel great. I told him he is a life saver and I hold by that. On top of that he has a great bedside manner and OBVIOUSLY CARES! Thank you Dr. Kiener.

I have never been treated so rudely by a medical professional. Initially, the office wasn't sure if the doctor would be willing to see me, so I was asked to send in my medical information from a previous doctor, and I did so about two weeks prior to the consultation. I was told that Dr. Kiener would review my notes to see if it was worth me coming in at all.
It was exceptionally clear that Dr. Kiener had not even looked at my notes before the appointment, and immediately dismissed me. He did not ask me questions about the care I hoped to receive, and he spoke over the top of me SEVERAL times during the consultation when I tried to communicate what I was looking for. He wasted my time and, more importantly, my money.
I couldn't even use the consultation fee to put toward a product to buy from the office, so he truly just stole it from me. I cannot tell you enough to stay away from this office.

It's hard to believe that there are 5 stars with every review. No matter how talented someone is in their profession, no one's perfect. It sounds as if some of these reviews are staged. Anyway, I saw Dr. Kiener about 16 years ago for a consultation. He came highly recommended by my PCP. His procedures are current and he's proficient. He knows it too.
He's conceited to say the least (very proud of his illustrious career). And patronizing. Yep-his bed side manner leaves much to be desired. Some people won't be deterred by his lack of bed side manners. It's based on the person.

I had surgery with Dr. Kiener and was very happy with the result. I was referred to Dr. Kiener by my brother who worked in the entertainment industry and knew many happy clients of Dr. Kiener. One of my family members was also a repeat client of Dr. Kiener. His office staff/nurses are very friendly and helpful and they and Dr. Kiener do everything possible to make sure the client is happy. I highly recommend Dr. Kiener! RG

Dr Kiener is absolutely amazing. He did my first breast augmentation here in Stockton at beautologie. At first I was terrified about going through surgery, wondering if I made the right decision with how big I wanted to go. He seriously went above and beyond for me and made me feel very important after my surgery. He takes amazing care of his clients, genuinely cares about them, and follows up with compassion and care. 10 out of 5 stars for me and my experience!

5 stars are not enough! I could not be more happy with my Breast Augmentation results! This was a huge decision for me and I had very high expectations, and I can honestly say that I am more than thrilled with my results. Dr. Kiener and his staff have been an absolute pleasure and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking in the area for a plastic surgeon with experience that can provide excellent results.

Dr. Kiener and his staff are professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. At our initial consultation, Dr. Kiener answered all my questions in detail and didn't try to sell me other procedures. And, since having surgery, he and his staff have been there to help me through the recovery process. I am very satisfied with the results of my surgery. Dr. Kiener takes great pride in his abilities and expertise.and, I take great pride in the many compliments I have received. Dr. Kiener is an excellent surgeon and I highly recommend him.

I was impressed with Dr. Kiener from the start. He was knowledgable and very thorough in his description of what I should expect before and during my surgery. I was extremely pleased with the results, and he and his office were very attentive during my recovery. My only complaint is that Dr. Kiener was a little hurried and quick to brush off concerns during our follow up appointments. Other than that, the entire experience was wonderful! His staff and nurses are so personable and friendly.

Dr Kiener and his staff are ultimate professionals. But beyond that, they are always right there for you if you have questions or concerns before or after procedures. They probably answer the same questions thousands of times, but I always felt they were completely focused on me when ever I was on the phone or in the office. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
