I have been going to Dr. Waddell for 4 years now. She is absolutely amazing! I hate needles and injections, I do not even feel anything when I get botox at her office. She has always made me feel comfortable and from my first visit I knew I was going to keep coming to see her! Highly recommend her!

I've been going to Palmetto Aesthetics for over 5 years and adore them. Amy is at the front desk and is extremely knowledgeable of all their products and provides excellent customer service. Billie Jean (Dr. Waddell), what can you say other than she's amazing. Love her. Then her husband, Dr. Colby joined the practice in 2021 and has been a great addition to the team.

I see them both and have always been really happy with my results. All of my friends go to PAM. I highly recommend. They are located downtown on Bull Street. I go on my lunch break and am always in and out and back to work on time.

They NEVER over treat or do unnecessary treatments for their own benefit. Less is more : and I admire how honest and kind the doctors are there.
