Doctor's Care DoctorsCare is designed for those medical situations that require immediate care but are not life-threatening. We accept walk-in patients of all ages during all hours of operation. We're the perfect alternative if medical treatment is needed before or after your regular physician's office hours, on weekends, if you're traveling or if you are unable to get an appointment to see your primary care physician in a timely manner. I've been here 3 times twice for me once for my son the doctors are very kind I prefer them over mine and my sons original dr.

Wonderful service! Kind, professional, people who genuinely care. I was unable for weeks to find help in refilling medication I'd run out of. Here I was taken care of immediately upon walking in no problem. Much appreciation!

UPDATED AT END. I did my FAA class II flight physical with Dr Kent. That went well until I called and talked with Tiffany about my Obstructive Sleep Apnea paperwork that she was supposed to send to the FAA. She told me they don't have and that it was my responsibility to send it to the FAA which is not true, it can be sent to them or given to you AME who will submit it.

That is written on the FAA form. In the middle of this I raised my voice because they lost HIPA paperwork I gave them directly. When I did raise my voice she said (I believe for the benefit of the office people listening) you don't have to cuss. I never once cussed at her! I did raise my voice in frustration of them losing medical paperwork! Tiffany also told me she would call me back after she looked again and never did.

I also asked to talk with the office manager she said they would call me back that never happened either. I will tell every person who asks about this place about the front office service. Because of that service I will be looking for another FAA AME for next years physical. Update-Tiffany just called 30 mins after posting this. She found my paperwork and faxed it all to the FAA. She is also emailing me a copy, she was more pleasant and professional this time around.

This was the only place open to get a COVID test for my son the day after Christmas. The receptionist told me a test would be $100 and that I'd have to pay because it was below my deductible. I decided to pay. The test came back negative and we left. 3 months later I get a bill for $280.for "Lab tests" and an "office visit". This place is a rip off and the staff is dishonest. The receptionist lied directly to my face about the cost. All I needed was a COVID test.no doctor required. DoctorsCare is what is wrong with health care in America.

Went for an occupational pre-employment physical. FASTEST SERVICE EVER, had no trouble, I was in and out in an hour. Staff was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. They even gave me copies of my paperwork when I asked if I could have it just in case the company needed it. 10/10 highly recommend!

First time coming called before I made it and was advised a 20min wait. When I made it, filled out paperwork and 20 min later ask for wait time status was rudely yelled at saying she is the only one working both sides and I am behind all these people. Very very very rude not professional at all. Definitely will not be returning everyone be aware. She was training someone at that with that bad attitude.

I never once saw a doctor. I understand there's plenty of nurses that know the medical field but when I pay to see a doctor I want to see a doctor. I was also told I was have a medication sent to the pharmacy and after my second trip with nothing called in I called the doctors office and they informed me they were not sending me any medication that I should just take cold and flu over the counter. I've been taking that and I feel worse that's why I went to the doctor thanks for nothing.

Husband went in complaining of strep throat, was swabbed for covid and flu, both negative, and sent on his way with an HFM diagnosis. They never swabbed him for strep. He just left a different clinic, it IS strep and it's awful. Had they swabbed him TUESDAY he could already have been taking abx for four days now. Ridiculous that he went in for exactly what he's sick with and they didn't even swab him for it. Visiting this clinic was a waste of time and money. I understand they are busy and short staffed but patients shouldn't have to suffer for it.

Well I just wasted $89 copay. When in to get my elbow looked at. even the nurse agreed with me what needed to be done. There was only one other patient in there.so they had time.but the "doctor" that was there came in and said my BP was too high.heck yea its higher.my elbow hurts!.and I drove thru hell to get here. Anyway it was a Friday night.think he just did not feel like working.he did nothing to help.suggested a brace and some aspirin.

What a joke!.that's what I was doing for a week before I went to the Madison st one. I laughed and walked out. Nurses were super nice tho.sorry they have to work with that guy.

I can safely and without reservations say all of my visits over the past seven years as well as my last visit, have been accommodating and positive. Although the visits ranged from being treated for poison ivy, unrelenting sinus problems, annual vaccinations (flu shots), as well as pneumonia and tetanus to consultation and care for more personal matters, each visit allowed me to return for future visits without concerns.

Each staff member that I encountered in the reception area and clinical side to include the Doctors were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. It may not have been exactly what I wanted to hear or the medication I thought I was going to get but, the outcome was what I needed. Although on occasions the wait was longer than anticipated, it was much better (faster and convenient) than sitting in an ER for hours on end or waiting for an appointment with my family physician. I highly recommend Doctors Care (either location) for your urgent care needs. All of this based solely on my experience and my families experiences.

Dr. Kent and the nurse Ally were very kind to me during my visit for a sprained ankle. Wait was super quick but I also went near closing time and on workers comp. Throughout my time there everyone has been kind and patient with me.

Service was acceptable with exception of discharge instructions. Provider never returned to room. MD saw my spouse and ordered Xray. He had a fracture. The provider never returned to room to discuss findings. The Xray tech placed walking boot and provided as much instructions as he could. I had to pick up a xray disc of the ankle and the xray was labeled with the wrong name which resulted in another xray at the ortho office.

I know the provider wanted to go home, but he could have returned to the room to provide discharge instructions. This issue would not prevent me from returning to this urgent care.

Had an ear infection, walked in wearing a mask. A couple ahead of me wasn't. Ok, no big deal. Only their child had a fever, I over heard them explain to the receptionist. As I got closer, I saw the receptionist was also not wearing a mask. How can a medical facility, even an urgent care facility, not make mask wearing mandatory for their staff.

Where I work, not in a medical facility or around food, it is a fireable offense to not social distance and wear a mask at all times. Then I looked around and saw the waiting area looked the same as the last time I had been there. Most places with waiting areas had removed their chairs or taped them off, but not this place. How am I supposed to think they take my health seriously if they can't follow simple precautions during a pandemic?

I was in a lot of pain and short on time, but I had my husband drive me to another facility. I wasn't able to get seen until the next day, which was unfortunate. But, no way was I going to a medical facility that took fewer precautions than my dentist.

Unprofessional staff treated terrible the blond girl needs manners and probably a new job. Didn't take my bp, listen to me and was treated less than human! I have been going here for years but my last two visits assures I will never ever return. Also was told they charge like a specialist! Really they should be closed down and I'm filling a complaint with the state department of health!

Very friendly and efficient staff. The doctor we saw was great, and it didn't take long at all. I would highly recommend it.

Efficient and pleasant experience from receptionist to nurse to provider. Visited twice in the past month. The PA, Shea, has excellent bedside manner as well as providing great care.

This place is horrible. I brought my son here right around Christmas because he seemed to be feeling ill and I couldn't get in to his regular doctor due to the holiday. The nurses that took his vital signs used an adult oxygen meter that clips on to your finger. He was only 3 months old at the time and they tried to connect it to his toe which is considerably smaller than an adult's finger, so it mis-read his oxygen level as very low.

Another nurse even mentioned that that might be the problem. Soon after, the doctor came in and said we needed to take an ambulance to the hospital immediately and didn't even double check his oxygen level. Basically, after four hours in the hospital and an ambulance ride (even the EMTs said his oxygen level looked fine), I was told that he had a cold and was sent home. The negligence of this place cost me almost $1000 and they still sent me a bill for their services.

These people were great! Day after thanksgiving they were open and happy to be there. I stopped in with some gnarly allergies ( I felt petty, but I was going nuts with it). I avoided taking time off work, they were friendly, pleasant, and to the point. I was in and out a lot quicker than I anticipated, and it didn't cost me a dime with my insurance. They were honestly so much easier to deal with than my normal doctor. 10/10!

Receptionist was less than inviting/friendly. Payment was required before services were rendered. My (8 year old) son saw three different people: the nurse who was pretty nice, but wasn't much help when my son threw up after getting a strep swab; the PA who threatened to gag my son again if he didn't open his mouth; and some guy in gray named Max.

I don't know Max's capacity in this office, but he joked with my son and made all of us feel much more comfortable. Max is what got this place 3 stars instead of 1. The other staff really should work on bedside manners, and focus on patient comfort instead of how miserable they appear to be.

Slipped off a curb and tore all the ligaments in my ankle. Fiance drops me off at front door to go and park the car. I hobble in with tears running down my face, even though i should of waited for him. The place is empty and the two woman at the counter just stared directly at me while i hobbled, crying towards them, doing nothing. Propped up against the counter, after finally reaching it, one woman takes my info showing no compassion or concern for me being in horribble pain and continues to ask questions as im trying to support my weight on one foot.

I tell her I need to sit bc I cant stand, she tells me have a seat! Fiance walks in and sees me wobble towards chair alone in agony! Angry, we left and went to the ER. Nobody offered to help me walk or offer me a wheel chair. Didnt care or unobservsnt, either way they dont belong out front intaking patients! Ill never go back there again.

I Have to left one star is the lowest I can go, this is the worse place that I ever been, staff in the front area are so rude, I called the first time and they put me in hold for 30 minutes, they think are Divas o super stars, I got a tb test positive, after I paid $175 for a gold test the Nurse just filled one blood tube, other two never filled, I asked to her about why She didn't fill the other two and She said I know what I'm doing is ok with one tube, but if you watch Gold test in you tube, you will know they took 3 blood tubes to send to the lab. and get results, The Nurse did a bad job, one week after when I went in the office for my result, The Medical Assistant Her name is Tiffany told me, why you're here, the doctor is too busy to read your test, and I said I dont care, I called and the other assistant told me that I can come anytime today, when I got upset, She just told me, ok the doctor will read your test and I have to wait 45 minutes to get the RESULT and it was indeterminate, inconclusive, worse service, I waste time, Gas and money, They don't want take another test so I have to pay again or go to the tb clinic for free. SO BE AWARE if you need emigration service be carefully with those doctors they are doing fraud for emigration, They are the only two doctors in Clarksville, Tennessee. I'm going to call to emigration and report this people, they are doing their job really bad, Remember if you have to do Gold test they have to be 3 tubes No one like this people does. I'm really upset. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THE DIVAS IN DOCTOR'S CARE ON WILMA RUDOLPH, CLARKSVILLE, TN.

Waited 30 minutes for staff to check me in (i had interrupted their conversation). Then waited another 20 minutes after that. I inquired about time frame to see physician, was told they had no clue (interrupting them again). Then they wanted my co-payment immediately. I declined to pay before services rendered. I can't review the physician, i never saw one.
