Our practice utilizes a comprehensive and individually tailored approach to deliver the highest quality care for both cosmetic and reconstructive concerns. Dr. Biesman specializes in surgical correction of the eyebrows and eyelids as well as laser treatments, injectables, CoolSculpting, and non-invasive facial rejuvenation.
Dr. Biesman's office is conveniently located on the corner of 23rd Avenue North and Charlotte Avenue, with ample free parking available in a structure attached to the building via a covered walkway. Valet service and self-parking are available. Dr. Biesman's Suite is in the Centennial Professional Plaza Building, a free-standing four-story building across the street from the Emergency Room Entrance of Centennial Medical Center.
Dr. Brian Biesman specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive eyelid and facial surgery and minimally invasive rejuvenation techniques including injectables (Botox and fillers) and technology-based solutions (laser skin resurfacing, and related techniques), and medical grade skin care. In addition, Dr. Biesman is a nationally and internationally recognized authority on noninvasive body contouring techniques such as CoolSculpting for the elimination of unwanted fat.Dr. Biesman serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Nashville, TN, where he holds appointments in the divisions of Ophthalmology, Dermatology and Otolaryngology -Head and Neck Surgery.
This position will provide support to our clinical research and healthcare team by following established guidelines with a highly detailed, organized, and thorough manner with occasional guidance. Hours offered are part-time and can fluctuate based on department needs. Our office is currently seeking a professional to fill our Full-Time Laser & Skin Care Nurse or Medical Aesthetician Position.

If I could leave 6 stars, I would! Dr. Biesman is the guy to go to in Nashville. The owner of one of the best salons in town recommended him to me shortly after I moved to the area- and I'm so glad she did, because he and his staff are the best. I've gotten my Botox and filler with him for the last 6 years and have been so happy. I've never looked "done"- just youthful and refreshed. Dr. Biesman is highly skilled, meticulous, honest, and has great bedside manner.
When we've tried new treatments he's sometimes scheduled follow-up appointments just to make sure everything looks perfect. He really wants his patients to be satisfied and to look their best! He also has the greatest staff in town.everyone is on-the-ball and very kind, just a stand-out level of professionalism at this practice. Dr. Biesman is a highly reputable surgeon, and in addition to injectables I went to him for a procedure to improve chronic tearing from one of my eyes.
This tearing- which I'd been dealing with almost constantly for three years- had stopped within a minute of the procedure, and my eye has been perfect ever since; this was a major improvement to my quality of life! I've also gotten laser treatments and a chemical peel with the nurse aesthetician at his practice and had great results. In a nutshell- I have the highest level of trust in Dr. Biesman and his practice and strongly recommend making an appointment with him!

I was referred to Dr Beisman many years ago when I needed a plastic surgeon to sew up a Mohs surgery under my eye. Since then, I've gotten to know him personally and can't say enough about the skills and proficiency of him and every member of his staff. This group is so amazing! From the expertise of Dr Beisman (as well as Molly, Amanda and Tammy) to the sweet and always professional staff, I will never go anywhere else for any procedures. Am so thankful that I found this group of wonderful people!

After having my eyelids done last December I have to say it was the worse experience I have been thru. I still have a droopy eye. Still have fat deposits over both eyes. I wanted my right eye brow raised he did the left. I did not return for my last visit I have been to depressed. So save your money I wish I had not lost mine

I went to Dr. Biesman's office to see if he could help me with the Rosacea on my face. I've had Rosacea for several years and I was sad that in all of my family's photos I was the only one with a bright red nose and chin. I had already been treated by dermatologists for several years with medicine for the Rosacea acne, but it didn't help with the redness. Dr. Biesman prescribed a laser treatment, to improve the skin on my face.
Since I was interested in trying the laser treatment at least once; he had his associate Tammy do the treatment right away. The results were AMAZING! My skin responded right away. I could see a huge improvement in the texture of my skin immediately. The laser treatment also greatly reduced the redness on my nose and chin over the next several days.
I have since then had two more treatments over the last couple of months, and now my Rosacea is completely gone. But if it ever comes back, I now know what to do. I am very happy and thankful for the treatment that I received at Dr. Biesman's office.

My mother just sent me Dr. Biesman's Instagram posts on how he can treat burned patients. I used to go to Molly, his nurse, for Botox and she's great at Botox. At my last visit at his office, Molly grabbed Dr. Biesman in to look at my burns on my chest and stomach. To say he lacks compassion is an understatement. I've never felt so ugly, and treated like I looked like monster than when he looked and touched my burns on that visit. I never heard from them to check on me after that visit, no follow-up. Please, please do not go to him if you have burns!

I was treated by Dr. Biesman with Subcision and Co2 laser and they did an exceptional job! I am so happy with my results. Molly and Dr. Biesman were with me every step of the way. They explained what to expect and recovery was easy thanks to them. They were available 24-7 after my procedure for any questions or concerns which I found to be amazing. I can't recommend this office enough. If you want it done right then this is the place to be. I will be back! Thank you again for everything!

I've been a loyal patient of Doctor Beisman for many years. He and his staff are so accommodating, and he is the only doctor I trust with my face. Recently, I underwent a new procedure he offers called "Beisman's Boost, " which is a different method of injection. I immediately noticed a difference; my forehead was lifted, and I could see more definition in my jaw and chin as well.
It was astonishing! He's just such a fantastic doctor, and I trust his judgment and methods wholeheartedly. First off, my experience in this office was perfect. Everyone was so kind, down to earth, and took the time to listen and advise. Second of all: I had clear skin until I was 24. This cystic acne left some pretty awful scarring on my face that effected my mental health and perception of how I actually looked. I was reassured when I found Dr. Biesman (a U of M grad - GO BLUE!) who was well known for his successful procedures.
They performed subcision on my cheeks and honestly, my life is different. After it healed and the slight swelling went down, my face looked 100x better. If you have acne scars that are eating away at your confidence, I promise you, this is the place to go! I can now go without makeup and feel confident and there is no evidence of the subcision whatsoever.
Probably the best money I've ever spent. If you're looking for a doctor who loves what he does and cares a lot about his patients, GO HERE. I wish i did sooner. Dr. Biesman takes time to actually get to know you and explain his thoughts and suggestions. I also know they're always there in case I have questions or need anything else.
