Our courteous office staff works hard to ensure patient comfort and convenience. To help you better understand our office operations, we have included the information you need about our hours, locations, insurance acceptance and billing below. You are expected to pay your insurance co-pay at the time of your child's visit.
Our office welcomes new patients. Choosing the right pediatrician for your child is one of the most important decisions you will make. We are a full-service pediatric office, with two pediatricians, Dr. Smita Parikh Mengers, MD and Dr. Wendy R. VanBronkhorst, MD.

They found out my throat was red and I have anomia and they let me go home without prescribing me any antibiotics or medicine they don't really care about anybody they are just in it for the money I do not recommend this doctor to anybody the Caucasian lady is way nicer and seems to actually care about her patients more then the other lady

The worst service and billing experience ever. We had to wait for an hour before seeing any doctor. They consulting room walls are full of Spanish notices asking patients no to open any cabinets, take anything with them or leave without paying the bill. Before I left, I asked how much did I owned for my son initial check up and I was told I didn't owned anything because my insurance will cover it.
Two months after I got an invoice with a balance due of $167.00 - $40 for an emotional behavior assessment, audiometry and visual screen for another extra $40 each and then $180 for the preventive care, my insurance covered the normal check up of $135 but not all these extra screening and assessments they decided to charge. The doctor didn't spend 15 minutes with us in total after we waited in the consulting room for an hour.
I have called and left several message about the billing situation and they have never returned my calls or emails. I will now proceed to pay the bill but if I can save someone the headache and their money with this review, it will be worth it.

This place still amazed me by how the Nusrses and the Docs in house operate. They are always accomadating and passionate when time is desperate. I am glad to bring my son in here for the past several years. The staff are always at their best and so are Dr Wendy's & Dr Mengers. If any of you need a pediatrics just swing by. I wish I did it earlier for my son cos my previous Doc and Nurses are my worst nightmare. Thank You! Ladies. Hope I dont see you soon.

They constantly send text messages which is fine. When I call the number on the text message, I thought it was the office number and it was the doctors personal cell. She was very rude to me when she told me to erase the number out of my phone and not to call. I told her that it was in a text message you had sent out. She did not care. Common sense would be not to put your personal cell number in a message if you did not want someone to call you.
I called the office to get information for my daughter for camp and because I switched to a new doctor (thank goodness) the staff was not very helpful or nice. I was very disappointed in the treatment I have received.

My kids go here since they were very little. Originally, I took the to a different doctor who diagnosed them with asthma. Every single time I called to get a refill of their medication she will make me go to the office, pay my copay and then give me the same medication that I knew I needed from the beginning. Mind you she diagnosed them, not me. When I found Dr. Mengers, I felt so blessed. They are amazing! They accommodate my schedule, my son was admitted in the hospital and Dr. Mengers went to visit him in the hospital! They are just amazing!

The administrative staff was welcoming but the routine check consultation was poorly handled. We were given unsolicited advice based on limited information. When we tried to fill in the gaps with examples, instead of listening, we found ourselves listening to a story of bad personal experience told by the doctor. When the time came for vaccines, the nurse was clearly inexperienced or careless because we were asked to hold the child down like an animal to get the vaccines. We will not go back there.
