These guys are awesome. Came from out of town on business and they took care me. I took some unrelated frustrations out on the receptionist, for which I'm sorry. If she reads this, she was very nice and professional, and unfortunately I wasn't. Hope she accepts my apology. Dr. Jackson was awesome. Details are important to me. He took his time answering my questions and I didn't feel rushed or like I was under time constraints.
I forgot I had mentioned to him we were taking the kids to a theme park the following week. When I called in for something later he remembered our conversation and asked how it was. Just a super nice guy, his staff as well. The whole team was great. Wish them all the best from the coast

This office is the most loving professional experience! Dr. Jackson along with his staff always goes the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and secure. Dr. Jackson's knowledge and the way he explains things is extraordinary. He is very patient, and his staff is very cheerful. I would recommend Dr. Jackson to anyone. I found him after having some bad experiences with other clinics.

I had to let a lot of medical stress go during Covid. Eye care is essential, however, and being three inches away during an eye exam was something I was reluctant to do during the height of the pandemic. I've had eye difficulties since childhood, so approaching age 60 JUST TELL ME WHAT TO DO! Dr. Jackson has been vague, talking about eye pressure, prescribing more drops but never really said, "Do this or do that." Knowledge is power.
He's a nice guy, but I'd prefer to hear it straight. He also is associated with Walmart, and we do not shop there, for political reasons. In attempting to, three times, get my medical records transferred, for a second opinion, the gal at Dr. Jackson's desk played dumb and said, "She'd sent it already." Then I called the next day, confirmed the fax number, and they said they still hadn't received it. FYI. What's the deal? I'm trying to get a second opinion before I lose my sight. Wouldn't a concerned doctor be helping to find answers?

I've been coming here since I moved to Colorado and every time they've been amazing. I came in today as an emergency; it felt like something was cut or stuck in my eye and I couldn't sleep the night prior to coming in. When I called Heather was super empathetic and accommodating. They didn't have any appointments, but she told me to come in and they would squeeze me in. Turns out I had a little glass bead in my eye. Dr. Jackson numbed me up and got it out. He had a feather touch I didn't feel him at all! Thanks for being amazing and so accommodating.

Where to start. The moment you walk in the positive atmosphere the staff creates is unlike any doctors office (in general) I have been to. The Doctor was extremely personable and remembers me and things we talked about the year before! The exam was explained to me every step of the way, what the doctor was looking for, descriptions of the picture of the back of my eye, what the certain machines are doing, surprisingly thorough I wasn't just another brick in the wall!

I usually hate going to the eye doctor. that puff of air just haunts me! ha. However, these visits are a dream! The office is always clean and inviting. I am always checked in as soon as I get there. The technicians are always personable and explain everything that they are doing. When I saw Dr. Jackson, he was so friendly! He went above and beyond to make sure that my eyes were comfortable.
I went home with three prescriptions and tons of free samples. Instead of suggesting that I buy anything, he suggested that I try them all out, and then commit. My exam was amazing, too; I have never seen this clearly! He also suggested some over the counter methods of clearing up my dry eyes (fish oil and non prescription drops. how often do doctors give you the inexpensive option?) This is an honest office that is focused on their patients. I will be going back!

I've been to an eye doctor annually for the past 6 years and none of the previous optometrists have gotten me to see as clear as Dr. Jackson did. He changed my contact prescription to astigmatism lenses and now I can drive at night and see the intricate details on horsetooth rock. I've always been told I have a slight astigmatism but not enough to warrant getting lenses for it. I left very satisfied with my new prescription and I plan on going back next year for a new exam.

I first took my au pair here for an eye exam as she didn't have a vision insurance plan. She got great service and said of her glasses, "It's too clear - it's like a picture!" Recently I have taken my own kids here for exams. I thought the exams were thorough and effective, and Dr Jackson is quick and personable. One daughter got glasses and another got contacts.
I was glad that Dr Jackson recommended a different style of contacts for my daughter that are easier on her eyes (compared to a style she had gotten prescribed from another eye doctor at a different practice). The pricing is much more reasonable than at other practices, especially if you aren't covered by a vision plan.

The prices for an eye exam here which is housed inside the Walmart Supercenter is not bad at all. It is around the 60 dollar range which I think is very reasonable. I don't think either that since they were cheaper that they were any less thorough. I would totally go back. The Walmart Vision Center itself is ok too but the prices for a new pair of glasses seem to be just the same as any other eye glass place but they are a separate business from Jackson Eye Care.
If you go to this particular location they have an offer that the Subway sandwich shop also inside Walmart will give you a free six inch sub if you show them your eye glass prescription from Jackson!
