I like the new modern look of the clinic. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Coon is an expert! Overall, excellent service!

Went to get a simple lens change and got told I can't do it right now it would take a day to get done when it's only take 10 minutes at most and the lenses I had where previously in the glasses so I don't know how that take a day or any where near and it's only terrible service or it might something deeper

I recently called to get my Glasses Prescription sent over to my email the person on the phone was difficult and quick with me, never asked my name or birthday. After telling the employee my email I was sent of a different patients personal information along with address, Phone number and eye prescription. Being a patient since 3 years old and haven't received good service since I turned 18.

I went up the the business to get the right prescription for my eyes and then tell them I received a different patients information Violating Hyppa. And they laughed and said "sorry about "that with little compassion and printed off my information after. Horrible experience and very disappointing

Dr. Rademacher was very thorough, patient, and very kind with my unique situation. Wow! Great to see this eye doctor taking such great care of others and his amazing staff did the same! Phenomenal!

I've been coming to this eye doctor for almost 4 years now and have loved every visit! The front desk staff is so friendly and have always worked above and beyond for me. Dr. Coons is amazing! She's easy going, so kind and professional! Highly recommend them!

My husband and I just moved to the area, so we had our first visit here to try out a new eye doctor. We saw Dr. Dickson and immediately liked her. She was outgoing, friendly, and knowledgeable, and she answered ALL of our questions (even the random ones we asked to satiate our curiosity about "eye science"). The best part was that she was able to complete both of our appointments at the same time so that we did not have to have one person waiting bored in the lobby while the other was in the room.

On a side note - we had our eyes dilated for the exam, and this is the FIRST time that I have ever not felt completely blind or had extremely blurred vision from the dilation, so that was an unexpected plus. After our appointment, we both ordered new glasses from their shop. They have a wide selection and were able to easily point out the glasses covered by our insurance.

The ladies at the front counter were also very friendly and outgoing. They were able to work with our insurance plan and were very responsive to questions. In all, this practice feels like a family itself, and we felt great becoming a part of it!

For a doctor's visit, it was awesome. Beautiful office with lots of choices of eye glasses. The staff was very friendly and promptly worked through a few insurance questions that I had. And Doctor Coon was fantastic. Cheerful, bubbly, and very competent. We had a nice chat during the exam.and I felt like I had made a new friend. Highest marks!

This was my first experience needing glasses. The checkup was very thorough and their staff is very friendly and professional! Since I now have a new accessory to be obsessed with, :, they were very helpful in finding me and helping to decide which frames best fit my face! My glasses were ready in under a week and fit perfectly. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an eye doctor or looking for new styles of frames!
