Does a runny nose, nasal congestion, headache, ear pressure or other symptom have you suspecting allergies? Allergies are the result of the body's abnormal response to typically harmless substances (allergens). Symptoms such as a runny nose, recurrent ear fluid, nasal congestion, recurrent sinus congestion and infections, headaches, hives, asthma, stomach complaints, fatigue and skin conditions may be caused by allergies.
If so, there's a good chance you had sinusitis (sinus infection). Experts estimate that 37 million people are afflicted with sinusitis each year, making it one of the most common health conditions in America. Terrible experience. I went twice a month for over 3 months for a serious ear infection. That looks as never resolved. Then I got a fabulous bill for over $625.00 after insurance and still never got rid of the ear infection.

I did not feel like they truly cared. My doctor wasted my time and money. When I told him that I have already done what he recommended he did not recommend another option. He acted like I was an inconvenience for him. All I want is to breathe properly through my nose. I recommend going elsewhere.

I was recently seen by Dr. Benage at the ER in Valley Hospital as he was the on-call ENT for that day. I was in for a recurrent bout of epiglotitus. While the hospital emergency room staff was fine and very accommodating, my visit with Dr. Benage was anything but that. I found him rude, unhelpful and and nearly antagonistic in our discussions. His manner of dealing with me was so poor, I discontinued any further communication, and left the hospital without resolution.

I subsequently visited another ENT at a different clinic who was able to effectively diagnose and treat my problem. The difference in working with me was so significant, I will never consider returning to Dr. Benage's clinic. Worst physician experience I've had in 50 years of various medical treatments.

Dr. Stoddard was awesome and very quick visit and he explained everything to me well and listened to what I had to say about previous nasal issues and surgeries and my symptoms.

I am truly great-full for this place. I had a congested nose for 4 months and was told by 2 doctors that is was just allergies. One even told me that my situation is minor do to everything else that is going on with covid. After telling them that nothing they are telling me to use is working, and that I felt like I was getting worse. The Doc just push steroids on me.

After exploring everything the doctors told me, I made the smartest move and call the specialist. Right after the 1st meeting, the specialist discovered there might be something more serious and it was not allergies. He and his assistant started getting a moving on a biopsy, CT, and MRI right away. They made me feel like they cared and gave hope. They supposed me through everything.

After all the test they discovered I had a 7cm tumor that ended you being cancer. But it was more serious due to the mucus building up so much that is Deteriorated the bones around my eyes and Brain. I had a rare condition called Olfactory Neuroblastoma. They don't even have a billing code for this. I was referred to another specialist that has experience with my case.

He was just as welcoming and concerned. After he reviewed my CT and MRI he stated due to it breaking through the bone around my brain, surgery needed to be done ASAP, before it attached to the brain. He rearranged his schedule just to fit me in for surgery as soon as possible. Everything was done within a month after my First visit. I am forever grateful for the teamwork and sincerity that was given.

I met Dr. Julian at Spokane Valley Hospital ER and although my insurance wasn't covered at the clinic, I insisted on seeing him for my follow up care. He has a calm about him, which really helped me with my anxieties upon not feeling well. I received the best of care from him. He listened to my concerns and took care of my every need. His MA was extremely happy and attentive and also expressed a love of working for him. Even though I was cash pay, it was what I felt to be very reasonable and well worth it to receive his care. Thank you Dr. Julian and staff! Heather Hagen

We are the second reviewer to have an issue regarding billing. Like the prior review, we brought our week old daughter in for lip/tongue tie releases. We were assured by the physician himself that they"checked with insurance" and it was going to be fully covered, so without any hesitation or further research we provided consent for the procedure. We then received a bill for over $300.

After a month of trying to get a hold of billing, to have none of our calls returned, we were finally able to speak to someone. They were dismissive and stated that it was on our insurance provider and not them and that there was nothing to be done besides pay the bill. As a pediatric occupational therapist and someone who bills clients, I would never assure the client (who never asked) that there would be no costs associated if I truly wasn't sure (and didn't bother to actually check).

In this case, it's less about the money and more the integrity. For some individuals, this could be a big unexpected setback after being assured no bill would be coming. With that said, the procedure was competed quickly and our daughter healed well. I would strongly recommend written post-op directions for most clients with this procedure however.

The best of the best. Dedicated and genuine front staff, nurses and MA's, quality profession interactions, and nationally recognized top-tier doctors and surgeons. My 9 month-old daughter, my 2 month-old son and myself (40 years-old) have all been blessed to be cared for my Dr. Husein and his excellent team. I have complete faith and trust in the quality of care I receive, and the betterment of my life with this extraordinary group of people. Thank you for our improved quality of life!
