The clinic was nice, clean, and the staff are friendly. However, they are an old fashioned group with paper records, and they will insist on repeating any tests or lab work you've previously had because they don't want to deal with other provider paperwork. If you say no they will threaten to test your baby. Partners can not come to all of your appointments, which for me was a deal breaker, especially when I had asked prior to the first appointment and was told otherwise. I won't be going back, but hope they move with the times and focus on patients instead of avoidance of extra work, and get their front desk consistent on messaging.

I was only able to see my doctor a couple times and always had substitute doctors during my pregnancy that knew nothing about me and would spend the absolute minimal time with me so I finally switched to another clinic when I was 29 weeks pregnant. Best decision I could have made. I would not recommend this clinic. You will get much better care elsewhere.

Please look around at other clinics before scheduling here, there are better options in the area. I went in for an ultrasound and was told that baby's heartrate was dangerously low at 7 weeks. Heart rate was 104 BPM which is relatively normal for a embryo of that gestational age, as the heart just started beating. I was also told that babies yolk sac is misshapened/irregular. Rewind to before I was informed of the "issues" after the ultrasound tech was done, I was rushed into another room, given a box of tissues and they made me wait 31 MINUTES BEFORE A DOCTOR CAME INTO THE ROOM TO TALK TO ME! Acting as if I was losing my baby.

Fast forward a week later and I am being seen at another clinic heartrate is perfectly fine, I was given new information on the yolksac that was clearly missed by the womens clinic of Vancouver and I feel like I'm actually getting the care I need and deserve now at the new clinic. I had to ask for progesterone on my own and the doctor had no idea what to prescribe so she had to be counseled by the other staff before prescribing. Did not make me feel confident that she knew what to do on her own.

They also charged my insurance for infertility treatment when that is not what I was seen for costing me over 500 dollars in unpaid medical expenses because my insurance will not cover that service. Their ultrasound machine is old outdated and doesn't allow for good quality images to be seen. tlThe table is uncomfortable and the stirrups on the table are not even adjustable, so you will be uncomfortable during every ultrasound.

They do not allow your partner in the room, likely because it's so tiny in there, other clinics are allowing this. It's unbelievable that this clinic is actually inside of Legacy, it made me believe I would be getting the best care. I was sadly mistaken. They are just leasing the space and they are just a small private practice. Look around and you will find a 5 star clinic.

I now know why they have so many negative reviews. The only good thing I have to say about this clinic is that the ladies working the front desk are friendly and helpful. If you want quality care, this is not the place.

Absolutely love this clinic, I always felt cared for. Dr. Saner delivered my little girl last month and I feel like she did amazing, had me so calm and talked me through every push! I will definitely come back for my future children.

Was a patient here for years and had no issues. Once my doctor left the practice they showed their lack of professionalism and caring. Was given half answers but an ultrasound tech that left me in complete distress, them knowing I suffer from anxiety and had been trying to get pregnant for 14 years. After days of calling and messages I gave up and went in person to get my records, which they refused to give me. Dr. O'Conner, who I had never met came out and wouldn't talk to me in the lobby, she asked me to follow her and then apologized for all the run around and said she couldn't give me the results because they weren't finished with the report.

I was done with them and I let her know I had moved on to another practice. I left and now 3 months later they send me a bill for that conversation! They never charged me for speaking to me before and charging to give me an apology and to tell me they have no information to give is ridiculous. Which is why I reported them to my insurance.

First appointment and had my cranky 2 year d with me. The ladies at the desk were staring at me looking like my son was bothering them. No comfort, no welcoming feelings At all. Then when i met my nurse she was rushing through everything. Not friendly or smiling. Nothing. Never been to a place like this.

I have been so impressed with Dr Madrid and all the staff at the Womens Clinic of Vancouver. They are so understanding and patient- I'm in the middle of my first pregnancy and I have felt so comfortable asking questions during appointments or calling when something makes me nervous. I can't recommend them enough!

Dr. Madrid has been my doctor for over 3 years and has delivered both my children. I cannot rave more of how attentive, careful, kind, and supportive she is. She is so smart and never misses any details. I looked forward to every appointment and continued care in the future.

Exceptional care and professionalism at this office! I have seen Dr. Dunham for both of my children and was always treated with respect and kindness. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process to make sure all of our questions were answered. Her office staff is also so kind and caring, we were always greeted with a smile. I appreciated that the wait time for appointments and office visits was always reasonable. I would highly recommend this clinic!
