I have been a pt in this office for over 10 years and over the years I'm very dissatisfied. Why give appointment when you not being seen til 40 mins after your appointment. I came in for an appointment for 9 am was here 10 mins before and the front desks girl asks me for insurance information 30 mins after I signed in. This happens whenever I'm able to get in the office cause if you call your in hold for 20 mins meanwhile the front staff isnt doing anything for you to be placed on hold. Ever since the merge this office and it's staff has been a big disappointment.

I made an appointment with a doctor at this clinic with the greatest difficulty and got a call to re-confirm too. The woman who gave the appointment accepted my insurance. When I went there my name was not anywhere on record and the nurses there refused to accept my insurance and tried to take me on cash payment. None of them accepted the responsibility for the entire blunder and waste of my time after waiting for 1 month. They offered an utterly stupid sorry. I didn't get caught to their trap to take money. I found a few others who had suffered similar fates.

Rheumatology is on second floor. New paperwork took 5 min. Front desk staff were very personable and accommodating. They made phone calls to my other drs and ordered blood work and mris to be sent over while I was still in the office talking with the Dr. Super efficient. Dr. Mosack was amazing too, friendly, asked many relevant questions and follow up questions and made sure to clarify.
He was very detailed and thorough with his recommendations and prescriptions. Follow up in 2 weeks, he does late nights on Mondays up until 8pm. I was put on waiting list so if there are cancellations they will call me. I was very impressed overall.
