Arrived for a 10 am first time appointment and the receptionist was very friendly, helpful and quickly processed my paperwork. I was called to the exam area by 10:15 where the nurse was friendly, professional and got my annual physical process started. I was placed in an examination room and within 20 min Dr Nazam starting his process. Dr Nazam was very friendly, personable, and professional.
He spent around 30 to 40 min with me listening to what I had to say and explaining his process along the way. He explained in detail, in terms I could understand about the entire process and I was very please with my appointment. Dr Nazam has gained a new patient!

I went there to get COVID test for my Dad. My father had a flight day after. The lady who took swab from my dad was so unprofessional. And my father told me that it hurt so bad when she collected swab from my dad. They even didn't ask to bother what was the purpose for the test. My father had no symptoms at all. I was little doubtful about the way they were doing there job.
My father's result came out to be positive. I canceled my father's flight due to that. Day later I did another test and it was negative. Don't go there. What they want is money, just money. I lost $175 for nothing. I didn't lose just the money I lost time and also the scheduled work for the weekend. Horrible experience. Don't go there.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality Nice location, very welcoming and professional. We were there for Covid test for our flight back to Switzerland. We will return in Washington DC this summer and if Covid test results are necessary yet, we will return to Chantilly Medical Center with no hesitation.

Horrible experience, the bad reviews stating that Mr. Nazam only is interested in patient flow is true. This was my first time here, and I made an appointment 3 days in advanced, for an annual physical, for Monday at 10AM. I took an hour break from work, and showed up to my appointment at 9:45AM, 15 Minutes before my appointment time. I filled out my information and waited in the waiting room where a patient was sitting across from me.
As I was waiting, two more patients came in. Filling out their information. At around 10:10 I was called by the nurse to have my weight checked. She then checked my blood pressure by putting the sleeve over my sweatshirt. She checked my 02 levels. Everything was fine, until she led me to the exam room at 10:15. She informs me that the doctor would be with me shortly. 15 minutes go by, nothing, 30 minutes go by, still nothing. 45 minutes later, I hear Nazam enter a neighboring exam room, of the patient who came before me.
I hear him leave her room and think that it's finally my turn, no. He enters to a different exam room and starts talking with the patients there. He leaves their exam room. Finally, I thought. But no, after finally an hour passed by. I was fed up. I took time out of work to come here, I showed up to my appointment early, I made an appointment days in advanced.
I left, and just saw the nurse sitting on her phone in front of the computer. I was never given an update or anything. I was furious. I left since I had work to do and I had taken time of my day to care for my body, when clearly they did not care about mine, only about my wallet. I got to work and called them to instruct them to remove all of my personal information.
After telling the receptionist I waited for over an hour for my appointment, she simply stated "so there were a few patients in front of you." As if it did not matter that I made an appointment. What is the point of the appointment if they're not going to respect the time that THEY said they would be available? I am BEYOND disappointed and furious. If you want your time wasted, come here.

We arrived early for RT-PCR tests and Dr. Nazam was very welcoming and Hospitable and explained to us the whole process. Melody was courteous. We had follow up questions that were answered promptly. Results emailed back within 24 hrs as adverised and now waiting for our flight to UAE. l Highly recommend the facility. Thanks again Dr. Nazam and Melody. Good Job.
