If I could give this place a ZERO I would. It's 11:40 a.m and I still have not been seen by anyone when I've been here since 9 am. The receptionists are all extremely rude and just sit there doing nothing. They are either on their phones or just sitting there chitchatting with one another. Patient care definitely doesn't come first here and forget about your HIPPA rights. These girls will put your information on posters if they could. On my life, this place is WORST than an emergency room.

First time I went, It was ok, GYN was great but "jenny" or the girl as receptionist. so rude and did not provide a Good costumer service, literally felt like I was bothering. Hope they can actually hire somebody who knows how to treat patients.

This place is more interested in illegally collecting co-payments they are not entitled to and gobbling up as much Medicare and government money as they can, than they are in taking care of their patients. They schedule appointments every 15-20 minutes which is why their patients wait over an hour to seen. The doctors are always in a hurry to get you in and get you out--it is run like a factory.

To make a long story short, you cannot see the doctor without paying the co-payment. They charged me a $50 co-pay to see the doctor when they shouldn't have and when I went to Aetna to get a refund, they gave Aetna the wrong billing code so that they could keep my money. My physician Diane Ritter never called me to give me my test results--rather the office would schedule follow-up appointments without telling me!

On the day before these follow-up appointments, they would call to confirm even though I had not scheduled them. The aim is to get the patient back in the office to see the doctor so that they can collect more money. One of the medical assistants behind the front office counter accused me of wanting medical services for free--when I suggested that my appointment was covered by my insurance and that I did not need to pay the co-payment.

I guess she is not aware of the cost of employer-provided health insurance which can run anywhere between $1,500-$2,000 per individual, per year (that amount does not include co-payments, prescriptions, medical procedures, lab work etc.). Again, this is not a medical group that is interested in providing quality care. They are only interested in profit and treat their staff and their patients accordingly. Front desk high attitudes, I call for a question they put you on hold transfer you to wrong area then when you call back they don't pick up, I called from a new number surprisingly they answer, tbh they need training in costumer service and this is the health field this is unexceptable

Very unprofessional. The staff doesn't follow the doctors order, don't know when to check vitals, the doctor orders blood test and you literally have to tell the medical assistants if not they wouldn't remember. The doctors are only there on Thursday and the staff doesn't want you to come in after 3. The front desk staff can't do their job right. They speak so loud and talk about the patients they get off the phone with. I wouldn't recommend it. The girls act like the job is a joke

The ladies at the front desk need an attitude check. The wait is too long and the staff is unprofessional with their discussions in front of patients. The doctors are nice and helpful, unfortunately their staff members fail to bring this place to its full potential.

Rude and very unprofessional. You will never see the same doctor and they refuse to give you regular prescriptions. I switched doctors and am very happy now.

Extremely long waiting time. Appointment times mean nothing 1st come 1st served. So basically be the 1st person to arrive or be prepare to have a long day.

Clinic is terrible they make you awake long long time at least 3 in 4 hours and they had like 7 Dr old aunt gets walked around doing nothing all in the phone I don't know who is in charge what about dr. need to be fire I never come back in here anymore also is super dirty I recommend any person I want to see a doctor check online first the way it did not come to this morning
