No waiting time to see my provider, my doctor took the time to explain my condition and take into account my concerns when prescribing a treatment.

About to sure this office. Unprofessional service. Rude receiptent. Doctor is never there that give his physican assessment opportunity to give a patient wrong prescription!

Doctors and staff are amazing! Needed to see someone right away and they got me in on the next day.

There aren't empathetic. You can't tell them your symptoms, they will assume you have covid. I didn't know numbness/ pain in your arm was an indication of covid?!? When you try to ask questions about your phone call (yup phone call not even a video) appointment their answer is "I don't know". They don't sound too sure if you will get the attention you need.

And they will still charge a co-pay and bill your insurance. I am deeply saddened by the why I was treated. If I am going to pay for the service, I have all the right to ask questions. I just wanted to make sure that the appointment would ensure I get treated for what was really wrong with me. I didn't want to be told get tested for covid to solve the issue for the numbness in you arm.

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. They made it seem like I had no right asking questions. And how dare I ask questions. They failed to understand my concerns as a patient. Is as if they didn't understand this process is new and they didn't know how to explain this to the patients. Again, lack of empathy And customer service. Honestly, I would not recommend this medical facility. Ever since Dr. Wilbur left it's gone down hill.

At one time a very good office and care, but lately, they cancel appointments, hold your prescriptions hostage until they can figure out a way to collect money from you. Really has gone downhill in past two years and for an office to play games with your daily medication you need for your health I will not stand for it. I will never go back. I been at this office for many years, it's a pile of garbage don't go!

Receptionists greet with a smile, wait time is not very long, appointment reminder calls have been helpful. Would like assistance to order refills. Having same physician familiar with medical profile is beneficial.

Definitely choose Dr. Ting from Safecare Medical if you're looking carelessness, oversight and lack of attention. Came in with a critical issue, walked out with a bill and greater complications. Patients aren't prescription secretaries and the legwork on resolving any discrepancies should be a matter that's resolved directly between these two entities.

I consider it a "big fail" to overlook FDA or State regulations on how prescriptions should be dispersed. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize 2 slow release pills (daily) aren't going to be accepted at the Pharmacy. I'm just a marketing guy and used google. After making an unnecessary 5-6 trips between the two and a phone call just now letting me know "Dr. Ting refuses to re-write you a new prescription" I'm pleased I've been given good reason to never come back.

I have been a patient of Safecare Medical Center for over 15 years. The Doctors and Staff are extremely professional and caring. During this difficult (Covid19) time I was able to speak with my Doctor with no issues and get the prescription for my yearly tests on a timely manner. They always follow up with me to see how I'm doing and promptly inform me of my results.

The care and professionalism is what has kept me as their patient throughout these years. My daughter is now a patient of them as she is an adult. I recommend them to all of my family members.

I would not recommend. They are not friendly. I need to be seen for a stomach pain. They said no because of covid. They do over the phone calls but not video call. Just don't come here. Plus they aren't very considerate.

The best PCP Practice I have ever been to. Everyone is so welcoming and very caring. I see Dr. Ting and he takes his time and listens to everything you have to say during your visit. I always leave happy with a great all around experience. Safecare has an onsite lab so I never have to waste time at quest or labcorp to draw blood and office hours are extended for later apts.

I doubt you'll find any place like it. I've also seen Dr. Wilbur and he to is fabulous at patient care. They also have two Physician Assistants who are outstanding and also take their time at each apt visit. The level of care I get here is superb and I don't plan on leaving!

I have been to so many doctors and I finally found someone I can trust for the long run. I came to him very sick and unable to find care that satisfied me. Scheduling my visits are made easy by pleasant staff, waiting is always short but fun browsing a cute little library, and my care thorough. I used to dread going to the doctor but for the first time in my life I'm confident and comfortable stepping into a doctor's office.

Dr. Ting's professionalism, attention to detail and bedside manner are amazing. These days it's hard to find a doctor who genuinely cares about his patients but Dr. Ting went out of his way to get to know me and the problem I was having. He was also very compassionate. I haven't been this happy with a doctor in a very long time.

I am a long time patient of Dr. Richard Wilbur. He is absolutely great. He runs on time and I never have to wait long for appointments. His office staff is very friendly and I appreciate the fact that they have a lab in the office. The lab techs are very good at what they do! Safecare Medical Center provides outstanding care!

This business should not be in business. After wasting 2 days of my time and requesting time off from work to make appointments and not be seen or treated by the doctor. I'm sure there are other chinese speaking doctors my husband and I can find in broward county.

Great service, and they respect your time, dont make you wait an hour in waiting room.

I love the doctors and staff here. It is super convenient as they offer blood draws at the office so you do not have to go out of your way to a lab facility. They are also open late some days.

I drive from Miami to visit my doctor here. It is worth the trip. Very professional and pleasant doctor to interact with.
