Peds Care PC

First off, my first daughter has been going here since she was born and she's almost 5, but after these past few times with my newest (2 months) I DO NOT and WILL not ever recommend them to someone. It took call after call before something was done about her belly issues and today I sat in the lobby for close to 30 minutes waiting to be seen only to be told I wasn't going to be seen.

I told them I still wanted my child to be seen as I had some questions and had the appointment time and already waited. The Dr (one of the owners) told me to call the phone nurse. I wasn't even seeing her! I am highly upset with the way I was treated and still after saying I wanted my child seen and waited she couldn't. I just had to go home. We will be switching after this.

16 years coming to this practice, and today I had the worse experience ever. Who ever is Dr. Hernandez is the worse. She needs to go back to school. She refused to see us and didn't treat my son. Oh how things have changed since Dr. Michaels passing. I see why most patients left and changed pediatricians. Dr. Riesco is great. As an owner and doctor, Hernandez is rude and have no clue about medicine.

She kept asking me for physical evidence. I told her I wanted to see a different doctor, so she got mad. I'm definitely reaching out to the bar. She needs her license revoked.

They are friendly and knowledgeable of children and have always been helpful and respectful. : they get the job done and never make me feel incompetent as a single mother taking care of my child.

I went to Peds Care from newborn when Dr Michael was still practicing in a small little building, up until I was 18/19 and always had a positive experience. Now my daughter is 10mo and we have been taking her there since her 4mo appointment(we had moved back to Dalton) and so far I've continued to have positive experiences there with her!

My kids have been going here for a couple years now and the thing I notice the most is how friendly the receptionist's always are. I left the previous provider my kids seen because of rude staff, but I have never had a problem here! Also, anyone complaining about it taking 1 1/2 hour for an appointment do realize they are not the only patient's that go there, right?

If you're having to wait that usually means they are taking the time to take care of their patients and I can promise you that you will want that same time when it comes to your own kid. Every provider that my kids have seen have always been very friendly and helpful.

Peds care has been great for us after the premature birth of our baby in December, 2020. I am a first time mother with very little experience, and every single member of staff, from Dr. Abdeldayem to the office personnel, have been fantastically helpful. The waiting room itself makes me look forward to every well-child visit, and the 5 times we have been there, everything has been wonderful.

The wait times between the initial practitioner visit and shots might be the only thing they could streamline for time efficiency, but really, who cares if you must wait a while for the "shots squad" (there's a team of 2 that come in and give vaccines after the doctor does his/her consultation) to come finalize the visit. It is a busy place and it seems they try to immediately accommodate sick children with urgent needs, so the later our appointment is scheduled, the longer we typically wait after checking in. If you are in a hurry with a routine appointment, just ask for an earlier appointment time.

I have been very pleased with Peds Care with my son. I've been going to them ever since my son was born. He is three now. They are patient in answering all of my questions. And they make sure that my son is comfortable.

We have used Peds Care for over 11 years. Our experience with this practice has been nothing but positive. The providers truly care about my child, and the office staff works very hard.

Peds Care has been out pediatrician for 12 years. I would not ever dream of going anywhere else. Everyone is friendly and efficient. The doctors and nurse practitioners are very educated and always takes the time to listen and explain everything to us. My girls are very blessed to have Peds Care as their pediatrician!

All of my children have been patients here since 1989 when my oldest daughter was born. We sure do miss Dr. Michaels every time we go back, but today's visit went good. We haven't been in a while because we have been seeing a specialist for other health issues my daughter has. We had to fill out new patient forms because of that which was ridiculous. Also, I was very disappointed with a couple of people at the front desk that I felt were rude.

They took the last star away from it being a 5 star experience. The nurses were great! I did miss some of the familiar faces that are no longer working there. This facility is beautiful and great for children to be distracted while waiting. After reading the reviews I really hope that patients weren't "banned" after writing a bad review. That's what reviews are for so you can see what needs improvement. Please let those children come back. Dr. Michaels would have never allowed that.

Let me start by saying we love Peds Care! I came to Peds Care as a little girl and now my son is coming here as well. Everyone from the office staff, nurses, doctors, they are all incredible and willing to go the extra mile. They are so great with my son, I know when we come to Peds Care, he will be taken care off!

I will NEVER go back to peds care. I was treated so bad there because I had to pay out of pocket. I have had to pay out of pocket before and was NEVER late on that bill. Now I have a new bill to pay and I get treated like crap. I work 50+ hours a week my husband works more we have money, but the way I was treated because I didn't have insurance was sooo hurtful.

I will NEVER take my 3 boys back or recommend them to even my worst enemy. Not only that but we waited 2 hours and didn't even see a Dr. There nurses are rude and treat u like the office ladies do like you are dirt. I wouldn't give them any stars they are horrible.
