The front desk associate, I believe her name was Melinda, was extremely pleasant and helpful. I did not talk to anyone else at the front desk. 3 stars for this review because I had my appointment at 9:40am. I arrived at 9:20am and completed the new patient registration form on a tablet Melinda provided and I was done in 10 minutes. I waited from 9:30 to 10:25 to be seen by Dr. Horowitz.
I explained the reason for my visit and he listened, did an examination and provided his professional opinion. This office needs to do something about the wait time. I valued their time and arrived on time, but they did not do the same.

Dr Highstein misdiagnosed an infection and gave medicine that made the infection worse. I then saw Dr. Horowitz. He agreed I was given the incorrect medicine for the infection and started me on the correct medicine to clear it up. Dr. Horowitz stated, he would not charge me any more money because of Dr. Highstein mistreatment. I had to see these doctors 16 times.
They charged my insurance for each visit then, sent me a $1000.00 bill for the difference from what they charged to what the insurance paid. I tried to contact the doctor. He refused to speak to me. All this place cares about is the money, not the welfare of their patients. If you use this place, hold on to your wallet, big money grab.

The staff are very nasty & mean & I have 3 of my children that I take to dr Horowitz & he is great but I was sent home because I was 15 minutes late with my daughter who is very sick & had a high fever & I drive an hour away with my 3 children just to get there. I had taken off from school for 2 of my children & wasted a day for them because they told me you have to come on that day & I waste a day & as I mentioned my little one is very sick & at the end they want to give me an appointment after a month how ridiculous are they & not just that but always get a nasty attitude from staff not all of them some are very nice but some are really really rude & aggressive.
I am really sick of it. They are very unfair specially with little children that's not right at all, last time one of the staff claims she spoke to the doctor & he agreed to reschedule I am sure they lied to him & told him wrong information to cover their butt!

I have been going to this location for years.in fact, Dr. Kaplan & Dr. Highstein are AMAZING as well as the entire staff! Everyone is VERY Friendly and courteous. Except for one. Dr. Jennifer Adams (her title should be stripped away) if she is even a Doctor. Talk about rude! Now, did I show up 10 minutes late (absolutely, due to all the School Buses in the local yocal streets leading to the facility).
The first thing I did was apologize for my tardiness and the front desk said, no worries.just have a seat and Jennifer Adams will be with you shortly. As soon as this QUACK steps into the waiting area, the first thing that comes out of her mouth is: 1) NOT = Good morning. 2) NOT = Nice meeting you. 3) NOT = How are you? Not at all.the first thing that fell out of her obnoxious mouth was. "The next time you come here, I would appreciate it, if you showed up on time". Really? Is that the way the Medical profession taught you to greet people?
I mean, you are in the highest paying customer service position and this is how you decide to greet someone and have them start their morning? You Ms. Jennifer Adams are a quack! I mean, really?!?! And it gets better.then she asks me what kind of musician ear plug I am getting. I mean, how the #$^& should I know.aren't YOU the specialist? (of course I said this to myself).lol. I can go one and on and on.but, it's not worth it.

I was sent back twice consecutive days from the office one because of system issue that my appointment got cancelled and the other time I was booked as a follow-up patient but I am a new Patient. I argued that for every appointment we travel and get permission from office, but they made 0 efforts to rearrange the same day and the EB office staff cares least about Patient situation and time.
I had my wife treated with Dr. Kaplan earlier, we were going no where but the doct keep trying different things and adding more test and didn't get to the point where we stopped. We were 5 minutes late one day, which is my mistake and I cant excuse the road incidents but the staff was harsh and she decided to send me back and not ready to hear me that I am coming 2nd time due to their system error, again they made no efforts and after multiple request about my problem and my plead they checked with Dr. Horowitz but he turned me back as well. I am just shared my experience with this office and docts and never will turn back here.
