The office made a reminder call and DID NOT verify their address to a patient who has only seen doctor in his new location once before. As a result, patient went to old office first and was redirected. When patient arrived, the doctor being seen then berated them for going to the wrong office and "causing trouble". Repeatedly revisited the subject throughout the appointment, insisting he wasn't mad or blaming patient, but continued to beat a dead horse about a point that was made. EXTREMELY unprofessional.

The staff behind the desk were kind but the ones walking the halls were rude and had terrible bedside manners. Overall a horrible experience and, frankly, if you want to feel respected or valued as a patient, don't even bother going here.

I had my first consultation with Dr. Sastry today and he was great. He was thorough, patient with my questions, and very professional. I left the appointment feeling more educated on my injury, with a better understanding and confidence of the right steps to take to address the injury.

On Tuesday the dynamic duo of Barry Cussons and William Sutherland performed a total knee replacement as they had previous done on opposite knee 2 1/2 yrs ago. I have the utmost confidence in the physicians at Atlantic Orthopaedics I have also seen Dr Quitkin and Dr McMahon. Listen, explain and present the best options for you. Well.the PA that I saw for my 3 month follow up basically told me that Dr Crawford messed up and used too long of a plate for my broken collarbone and that the plate extends half an inch further than the actual bone. I'd recommend seeing a different medical provider. I've had difficulties working with them for correctly billing my insurance as well.

All the staff I encountered during the visit were exceptional. To a person, they were pleasant and competent, which can't always be easy in an environment were people are frequently in pain and anxious. Randy diagnosed the problem in my knee quickly - suggested methods to deal with it. I selected one, and was told I probably wouldn't feel the effects for a couple of days. Walking out the door I could already feel the difference; a day later and the improvement is remarkable. Randy answered all my questions and was easy to talk with.

My case may be an easy one, and I never like to over-sell something, but I left my appointment knowing I was dealing with true professionals in every sense. Good people doing good work is the best of life.

Dr. Sasstry came recommended and I was not disappointed. After only seven weeks, I'm back to walking 3 miles every other day and the scar on my knee is barely perceptible, suggesting that no small amount of precision and skill went into the surgery. Great staff too.

The ultimate professional experience. My robotic partial knee surgery 2 weeks ago and follow up x-rays and surgery discussion today were explained to me in an extremely professional manner by Christina.in addition to answering my pointed questions regarding my surgery process. I travelled from Connecticut to Portsmouth Atlantic Orthopaedics for my robotic partial knee replacement 2 weeks ago by Dr. Sastry because of his outstanding reputation. My follow up appointment today with Physician Assistant Christina Scardina was equally outstanding. They are the VERY BEST!

Wonderful group. Never had a wait time, very efficient. Hannah at the front desk is efficient, personable and knowledgeable. Dr. Quikin did a great job with my elbow and his medical assistant was always prompt in answering my questions and always available to me within minutes of leaving a message. Highly recommend!

I had a partial knee replacement on 1/17/22. I cannot speak highly enough about the whole process! The entire staff from Pre-op to Post-op were amazing! Dr Sastry and Ryan LaBelle were knowledgeable, kind and patient! I never felt rushed and they were happy to answer any questions I had! My appointments were on time. I never waited, even when I was early! Every staff member was kind and happy.which tells a lot to me about the practice! The Robotic Partial Knee Replacement was the way to go! These folks are the BEST!

The orthopaedic docs at this practice are great! I have seen several of them for various issues over the years. They are attentive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for an orthopaedic physician.

I had a great experience getting my knee surgery (torn meniscus) with Dr. Welch at Atlantic Orthopedics. The whole team there was helpful and very kind through the entire process. I would definitely recommend them.

Broke my arm snowboarding and Dr. Quitkin was prompt to fix my arm and get me into PT ASAP so that I wouldn't miss the whole season. Hopefully, I don't have to see him again. But if I do break anything, I am definitely going back to Dr. Quitkin and Atlantic Orthopedics. Lastly, shoutout to the staff they are all amazing. Especially Debbie, she went out of her way to try and schedule my surgery the same day and even though it didnt work out, her dedication to go the extra mile has left a lasting positive impact. 10/10 recommend

Ryan was excellent, very informative and professional.when one is in pain, not knowing what to expect, it was so reassuring to be in first rate care with professionals thank you very much Also the gentleman who put on my cast was excellent and also very professional, you have a wonderful staff.

Had dr.moorwood previously and was more impressed with his professionalism and asking me my input and questions concerns. Felt rushed through before I had a chance to speak, had to stop him to even do so. He was right to the point but a little contrary to prior medical advise I was given.

From the moment I walked in and met the doctors they really let me know what I needed to do and had surgery. Surgery went great recovery time was a lot less than I thought upon my post op visit with Brian he informed me of everything the doctor did and gave me information on what I needed to do he was very thorough I appreciate all the help from the receptionist to the nurses and doctors and all in between thank you for making me stronger.

Great post surgical appointment! Excellent explanation of surgical procedure. Answered all questions clearly. Kind and caring manner. Fortunate to have him as my PA. Wish to thank him for his medical service during this Covid epidemic.

Christina is not just smart, but she always has a solution. She works really hard to speak with you regarding your health issue and is very easy to talk to. Whenever I feel like I'm at a loss with my health, she is the first person I go see and trust to improve my health. She really does care about the patient and the entire picture to wellness. Excellent provider!

Ryan was very clear and concise on my results from surgery. He took the time to listen and respond. I was an hour early for my appointment, but they took me in and did the follow-up x-rays and then the suture removal. Staff was friendly and the office looked so nice for the Season! Super front office staff!
