The receptionist staff is rude and disrespectful. They do not care about your rights or or your religious beliefs. Do not put yourself through the horrific trauma of having to deal with those people.

After waiting 3 months for an appointment, they cancelled last minute and tried to reschedule for a month+ later. I will be going elsewhere. They have terrible patient service.

I was extremely disappointed about my appointment with Michael John yesterday. I had two spots on my face that I was concerned about, he looked at them and said it was nothing serious. He quickly went to the door and left. He didn't spend more than 60 seconds in the room with me or even give me a chance to ask about my other spots on my shoulder and back. I have a $70 "specialist" co-pay with my insurance, so I paid $70 yesterday for a 60 second (maybe) appointment and didn't even get a chance to have my concerns addressed.

I have visited this place on 06Oct 2020. Dr. Michael John is very nice person. He listens to our problems and worries carefully then suggests medicine. One of the wonderful doctor I have seen. Staff and nurse also very nice and customer friendly. Dr Michael John is senior dermatologist with 20+ years of experience, which is good thing here. This area is very clean and eco friendly

My husband came to this office today. No real time spent talking about my concerns and the areas of concern that I had. I scheduled this appointment with a professional and I left with no answers of what brought me in today. I would not recommend this office for any treatment. The amount I paid today was a waste! I will have to seek another professional to ease my mind that these areas are not cancer!

Dr Michael John did sclerotherapy injections on my legs for spider veins. No improvement at all, in fact, they look worse. Wore the hose and was compliant with post procedure instructions. Paid good money for a disappointing result and will not go back to him. I do, however, recommend Andrew John for dermatology issues.

I had waited months to see a dermatologist and was very disappointed the Dr Michael John spent less than 6 minutes with me, the nurse previously told me to undress so the Doctor could examine me. I was about to undress the Doctor walked in the room not excuse me or sorry or nothing, I put the shirt back on as I was in the process of taking it off.

The Doctor looked at my arm and leg briefly and said I had eczema. I showed him what I was using and it was clearing the rash up he told me not to use it and gave me prescriptions for some other cream. Dr Michael John didn't even bother to run any test or skin graphs as I had asked. I have been misdiagnosed before by a doctor telling me what something "looked" like and it was something totally different.

He told me he had been "doing this a long time" when I asked for tests. Now the rash has spread on my legs and arms and other areas. I will just go visit my primary care and hopefully they will refer me to a specialist who will actually attempt to help. This was a total waste of time and money going to Edmond Dermatology. I should have received better service since I expressed my concern and how long I waited to see a specialist. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

I was referred to this office by my primary care Dr. to find a solution for my mysterious rash on my face and neck. I t was treated by him with a steroid but then it came back. It was terribly uncomfortable, itchy and hot. I called to make an appointment and they fit me in a week from the day I called. A few days later I was beyond miserable and beside myself.

I called and implored them to get me in sooner if possible. They were very helpful and understanding and worked me in to come within an hour of the phone call. From the greeting by the front desk to the nurse who did my intake it was very pleasant. The Dr. (Dr. Andrew) came in and sat right in front of me and thoroughly looked at my neck and face as well as the pictures I had on my phone from when I had first broke out.

We had an extensive relaxed conversation as he described to me what he observed to be the issue. He walked me through what to do to treat it as well as prescribing me some topical ointments and other medications. There was nothing rushed about this encounter. I am happy to say after 1 full day of following his instructions I am nearly clear of the ailment.

I highly recommend this office and this Dr. I will be going back and will be referring anyone who needs a good dermatologist as well as take my own children there should the need arise.

Professional. Knowledgeable. I would recommend Dr. Andrew John without hesitation. Great dermatologist!
