Instead, contact our office at (636) 946-1650. After you submit your request, our appointment scheduler will respond to your request within 48 hours. New patient appointments are longer than follow-up appointments because the doctor will need more time to review information.

Just got hung up on by them. I had an at home sleep study done for 1 night and 1 in office appointment. After receiving my bills, I had an issue with the one from SSM health and needed a description of what test I had received to bring back to the billing department of ssm health, and was curious to why the bill was so high. When asking about the bill the lady at their office said she can't help me.
I then simply asked what description I should use because the bill said I received an EEG (which I did not). She was short with me and after getting no information said "okay bye" and hung up on me mid sentence. This was the most unprofessional medical office personnel I have ever dealt with. I was never given an estimate on what the study would cost or else I would of never done it.
They didn't disclose any of that with me. Over $700 out of pocket and that's after insurance paid it's portion. I can not recommend this office. I'm feeling very much like I got shoved through and got no help at all. I'm still having sleep issues and now stuck with a large bill.

My father has been a patient here for awhile, I have never been the one to bring him in however I recently called with a simple bill question for him and spoke to (Carol). I was very polite, she however was extremely rude and in my opinion has no business working with anyone in the public, her tone was absolutely uncalled for and I will be switching physicians for my father, I can only imagine how they treat the patients. I would not recommend at all!
