My name is Deborah Griffiths. I was Dr Chang's patient. A hernia was caused directly from my tummy tuck.

Dr. Chang is a genuine, honest and exceptional person and surgeon. His high standards are a value-set that is shared by every one of his staff. And they are just so friendly and lovely! I went to Dr. Chang for a much-needed procedure, based on powerfully positive feedback from a friend (and her great results were certainly a testament to his work).

I was nervous because I knew I needed a full neck/chin lift to get rid of a hereditary "waddle" that truly interfered with my daily life, but was hoping for something less invasive. From our first consultation, Dr. Chang put me at ease by thoroughly explaining why liposuction/surgery was necessary, how the surgery would be performed, recovery time and more.

And he was there to greet me early on the day of surgery and meet me for frequent follow-ups afterward, to answer all of my questions. The results are FANTASTIC and so natural! Most people don't even know what I've had done - they just comment on how wonderful I look. It is no wonder he is #1 in his field. He has my highest recommendation!

I would like to share my experience with Dr Chang. Not only is he a kind, gentle and caring doctor, his work is outstanding. I have been to "Day Spas" and dermatologists which have been good and bad. Many times feeling like I wasted my money. Botox was okay and the fillers for my jowls didn't work. Very discouraging. That was I how felt until I had the pleasure of Dr Chang working his magic on me.

He has done both Botox and a filler. NO MORE JOWLS! I walked in his office looking my age and walked out looking and feeling 10 years younger. I am so grateful to him. He's my new bestfriend!

Dr. Chang deformed my earlobe for as long as I live. I would not recommend him to anyone at all. I give him a big "F" for his performance.

I gotta be totally honest here and say that if you're looking for a plastic surgery center you should probably choose somewhere else. I had three weeks until a vacation and wanted to have some fillers put in to fix a scar. I planned it out so that the timing would be just perfect if I needed any adjustments after the procedure. They made it sound so easy and affordable and flexible during my consultation but it has been so far from that of an experience.

First they cancelled my appointment w/o even Calling. Apparently there was a power outage in the building for two hours in the morning and no one stayed to let anyone know they simply put a sign on the door and closed for the day. Not only that but when I tried to get another appointment after driving all the way over there and wasting my time they treated me like it was inconvenient for them and I shouldn't be upset that they couldn't fit me in anywhere else.

I begged and pleaded to see if I could get in and they finally put me in at the end of the day. I was the last client on dr. Chang's schedule and he seemed very tired and done with the day. I mentioned I would like to put the remainder of the syringe in my lips after we finished the scar and to sum it all up I ended up w several dents still in my scar, a huge area not filled at all and uneven lips.

To top it all off when trying to fix my lips before my vacation his front desk staff has been nothing but rude and unhelpful in finding another appointment. I'm gonna have to find another doctor and spend double the amount I planned fixing the work. I neverrrrr write bad reviews but this experience has made me want to cry and I'm so insecure now and feel like I've wasted my money.

I too work in a business where the results vary and so I try to be understanding and absolutely would've been but what makes it even worse is that they don't even care about helping to fix it. It seems like all they see is a dollar sign when they talk to you. I really don't want anyone else to go through this so I'm leaving this here. You should find a surgeon and office who cares when making major body altering decisions.

Dr. Chang did my breast augmentation surgery and he did an amazing job! They're exactly what I wanted! Everything went smoothly, his staff are great and super friendly and helpful! He is known for being the best plastic surgeon in the area for a reason. He is always learning the newest procedures and knows what trends are "legit, " and which trends are just hype.

I trust his expertise and his opinions. I have also had laser hair removal and Botox done at Aesthetica and have been beyond happy with the care and results I got there. I have referred many friends to him and they also have been incredibly happy with their results as well. If you're looking for a great plastic surgeon, he's the real deal!

I went to see Dr. Chang about 8yrs ago for a tummy tuck. He told me no, well he said he could but it would not be the results i was looking for. I his polite way he told me that i would need to loose some more weight then i would get the results i was looking for. Well speed up to Nov. 2017 went back to see him after loosing 35 lbs and he told me i was a perfect candidate for the now looking for mommy make over. Tummy tuck, mr, bl, lipo.

I went on line to know what to expect from all that was being done. Well the pain was, well let just say the mr was the worst. I was discourage at points and he just keep reassuring me that all will be good. So on February 1, 2018 i did it all, and wouldn't change my chose in doing it or who did it. The comments about the front desk i only meet one of the many that work, that was rude but thank God she doesn't do the surgery. I would say if you are looking to get any surgery that i did go to him he has an eye for what you want and will achieve it for you. A new confidence on life thanks.

Dr. Chang is one of the most down to earth plastic surgeons you will ever meet. His goal is a natural look which is exactly what he delivers, not to say he can't give you exactly what you are looking for- he can. My daughter had a car accident 3 years which left her with a large cut under her cheek up to her lip, it was repaired by an ENT in a hospital, also a broken nose which was never set. Dr. Chang has been consulting and has recently added filler to the nose which has miraculously straightened it!

He has also added filler to her scar to make it almost disappear. It's one thing to work on a face is symmetrical but to work on a face where one side has been damaged is something else.

When was the last time you walked into an appointment with a plastic surgeon only to have him talk you OUT of a procedure? That is exactly what happened with Dr. Chang. He said he would be happy to see me in a few years when I might actually need some age based work. The office are warm and welcoming. The staff, those few I had contact with, were professional and courteous.

I was seen exactly at my scheduled time. Dr. Chang has done remarkable work on my daughter after a horrible car accident so I am familiar with his results. He was very honest with her when they first met saying he could not promise the results she wished for. Talk about underselling. His working style is reminiscent of a sculpture. In constant motion checking molding checking and tweaking. He is a true artist. I recommend Dr. Chang with my highest regard.

I don't recommend Aesthetica or Dr. Chang. I used to see Dr. Chang for treatment of my crow's feet around my eyes several years ago. In the past year I've seen him hire new, somewhat snooty staff members and a lack of personal involvement. He is the only Dr. In his practice. He stopped listening and as a result I have a scar under my right eye caused by his treatment.

I sent a letter recently asking for help to rectify the problem and i have heard nothing back. This was 2 months ago. I won't go back, and I would warn anyone seeking his services to go elsewhere.

I have been to see Dr. Chang and his staff for 4 procedures. I cannot say enough great things about him, his aestheticians, front end staff, nurses and, of course, his wonderful office managers. I have gotten the best care and results, all the while being listened to and heard. I have been to other plastic surgeons and the difference with this facility is that the moment you meet the staff and Dr. Chang, you feel completely at ease and appreciated.

I can go on and on, but, just know that if you chose to go to Dr. Chang's office, you will not be disappointed in any way. I look forward to having a long relationship with this caring group. Best, Allison

A wonderful experience with Dr. Chang and his staff! two weeks ago, i had a mini facelift, and some botox in a few needed places, i was quite nervous about this endeavor as i had never done anything like this before. Phillip Chang, MD is the worst plastic surgeon I have ever been to. He basically deformed my right ear when doing mini face lift. and denials and no apologies and no reimbursements afterwards. I have to live with my deformed right ear for the rest of my life.

I had a mini face lift and upper eye lid surgery with Dr. Chang and paid $9850. In both cases there were aspects that I felt needed tweaking afterwards. Long story short, we went back and forth about additional surgery to cost $3500 ( that he initially said I didn't need), and corrective fillers that he said he would charge me at his cost. But none of this happened, because in the end he told me that he couldn't make me happy, and that no plastic surgeon could, and he let me know that he no longer wanted me as a patient. In my mind that is as easy excuse for a doctor to give.

I shattered the right side of my face playing basketball on Halloween, suffering broken orbital and cheek bones. Through multiple reconstructive surgeries, the first being nearly 6 hours long, Dr. Chang was able to completely repair my face while not damaging any nerves or affecting my vision at all. He is an incredibly skilled Doctor who pays amazing attention to detail and takes a lot of pride in his craft.

It is very evident that he won't settle for anything less than perfection. His entire office staff is very professional and accommodating, he is truly the best of the best!

Just 7 days ago on Monday, April 4, 2011, Dr. Chang did a lower face and neck lift and face/lip fillers for me. It was all done under a local (oral medications and facial numbing). It was an amazing experience - very tiny amount of pain (just from the numbing injections), very little bruising, and rapid recovery. On Wednesday, the 3rd day after surgery, my husband and I joined another couple for dinner out - no signs of the surgery was visible.

Before the surgery, I always looked angry and sad because of drooping mouth corners. All that's gone - I am so happy with the results. I am almost 68 years old but feel many years younger and now I can look in the mirror without wishing my looks were different!
