Hard to get excited about getting an MRI, but this place knocked it out of the park! Tips: 1. Just be prepared to get your insurance squared away well ahead of time. 2. They call you for appointment reminders and text is well which is incredible 3. If you get there early there's very little anxiety and you don't feel rushed. 4. The technicians are very knowledgeable and caring. Happy to answer all questions and have a great caring touch 5. The communication between the specialist and imaging team was even better Five stars!

Today I went for a mammogram and i had a wonderful experience. I was so nervous as it was my first mammogram and cancer runs in my family. Cassie and Cassidy made my experience a 10 out of 10. By far the two most friendly girls I have ever met. Cassie was so sweet to me and handled my anxiety very well. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and told me how everything would go. I left with a smile.

I had a mammogram today and it was 5 stars beginning to end. I was checked in politely and efficiently. I only waited 5 minutes before I was called back and then once changed the tech took me promptly to the imaging room. Cassidy was the best tech I have had in my 13 years of mammos. My experience could not go any smoother. Thank You!

Terrible experience at this location. I had an MRI. They were not able to complete it with contrast. My doctor had put in an order MRI with contrast. Two trips down there and it didn't happen. The first time I went in my elbow swelled up. the dye stayed in my elbow for about a week. The MRI was rescheduled at Memorial the next week and it went off without a hitch. It took me a few days to talk with the office manager. She told me I would not get a full refund. I would not recommend this place of business to anyone.

Great experience here. I wasn't sure what to expect for my imaging and was a little nervous- the tech was so great about explaining everything and made me much more comfortable for something that could have easily gone the other way. Thank you! Thank you! Highly recommend!

Charged me for services/tests I NEVER HAD. I refused a 3D mammogram, but they are attempting to charge me for 2 of them! They don't do billing in the office, and their off-site billing place is impossible to work with.

Overall, the staff was nice. Unfortunately, I went in for a mammogram and ultrasound just for doctor to refer me to a doctor at Erlanger to do the same thing and a biopsy. This is frustrating because this cost me an additional doctors bill when it could've been done here. On top of that, I never received a bill in the mail and then 3 months later, receive a phone call stating that it will be sent to collections.

Very disappointed. My son needed an echocardiogram and was scheduled one at this location. After paying the copay and waiting for about 20 minutes, we were informed that they don't have anyone on staff that can handle pediatrics. Beyond that, two weeks have passed and we have not received our $100+ copay refund.

I recently had an x-ray and MRI of my lumbar spine. I had both of these things done 10 years ago at a different provider and I had facet arthopathy, osteophytes on nerve roots, stenosis and severe degenerative disc disease. I picked up my results from this provider and if you looked at the X-ray report it looks like there's nothing wrong with my back.

No evidence of abnormality or degenerative changes.those things don't reverse themselves. If they missed what I know is wrong with me, what else did they miss? My MRI results, at least mentioned 1 of the multiple things wrong. First and last time patient. Very disappointed.

After several poor experiences at Chattanooga imaging this last experience will be my last. They are always incredibly slow. They are incompetent in keeping the correct appointment times and maintaining correct order of arrival. They were extremely rude when the problem was addressed. I will actively ensure my providers do not schedule appointments here for myself or my family.
