Dr. Casano is accepting patient at his Gulfport office. His practice concentrates on sinus and nasal problems but he accepts children and adults with all general ENT problems. As a compliment to his busy Otolaryngology practice Dr. Casano has been working to create the educational materials that you can see on this website.
Services
The ENT3D project has reached its first goal: to create three educational videos that explain the basics of sinus and nasal anatomy and function and describe common problems and solutions. The level of detail is appropriate for health care providers and motivated patients. The HD videos are below but they are also available in 3D virtual reality format for an immersive experience. A more simplified educational package for patients, Nose Cards: Learn About your Sinuses, is available as a slide show.

Look over the common advice that goes with your diagnosis.
This section assumes you have arrived at a diagnosis and want to begin treatment. The biggest issue with treatment is that there is often uncertainty in the diagnosis. I am surprised at how often people treat the wrong problem, .misdiagnosis is common. The most common mistake is overdiagnosing allergies.
