Very unprofessional. The assistant was watching videos on her phone during my pap. A lot of Unnecessary labs and procedures. Everything will keep coming back normal but they'll keep wanting to do more invasive procedures. Probably just to get money from Tricare. Provider doesn't follow current medical standards and guidelines. It was a nightmare trying to get copies of my records for my pcm which is required since I'm active duty. They don't allow anyone in the office and lock the main office door so it's just the patient office assistant and doctor in the entire clinic. Super creepy.

Dr. Weathers is the best Doctor I have ever had. Before I came to him, I have been trying to figure out what was going on with me for 20 years and went to a lot of doctors and they all lied to me and never told me the truth. Dr. Weather is very knowledgeable and passionate about helping you. He will treat your conditions immediately and will not waste your time like other doctors just trying to get paid. I will never go to another Doctor since, I've found Dr. Weathers.

Dr. Weather is such an awesome and knowledgeable doctor. He goes far and beyond when it comes down to my health. His office staff is very professional and welcoming. Also, Dr. Weathers previous pharmaceutical experience helps to determine the best medication for his patients. I believe he is the best surgeon and doctor in his field, in the state of Louisiana.

Dr. Weather is fantastic at what he does! He is very straight forward and diagnose as quickly as possible. I have been seeing him since March and are nearing our goal. Ms. Davis is very personable and makes sure I am comfortable at every visit. Please keep in mind, if she is on a cell phone during your exam, she makes a point to reply to emails and text from patients typically without any help. If you are wanting a doctor that beats around the bush, Dr. Weather is not the doctor for you. He is one of the best for a reason and I am so grateful for him and Ms. Davis.

My husband and I have been trying for more than five years. We finally found a doctor who truly cares and acts on his medical opinion. Dr. Weather is very thorough and goes over everything in detail. The office staff are incredibly kind and treat you like family. You will not be disappointed seeking medical advice or treatment from Dr. Weather.

Do not go to this doctor. He is extremely unprofessional and will put you on medication and procedures that you don't need just so that he can bill your insurance for more money. The final straw for me was when I was scheduled to have surgery with him, I showed up at the hospital at 5 am. His office had not filed paperwork correctly. All that was needed to fix the situation was a call on his part. He told me it wasn't his fault that it was my problem and I needed to handle it. Please save yourself the problems and see an actual professional.

Office was easily located off the main road. Parking was not bad at all not today anyways. Was 20 minutes early did not call back my wife until one hour past appointment time. Facility is in a fare condition cleanliness wise. Facility excepts tricare prime for retires. Staff seemed friendly but secretary had an issue with my service dog. Did not allow my service dog to accompany me to the restroom even after explained the ADA(America Disability Act) rules.
The lady explained she was afraid of dogs as my dog laid at my feet. So I was not allowed to attend my wife's appointment and meet Leonard Weather J.R. M.D. So I am not to thrilled with the professionalism of the staff as I would think the husband should be apart of fertility exam? Consultation or what ever it is called.
