Dr. Heather Haley is a board-certified dermatologist. She specializes in skin cancer prevention and treatment, as well as minimally invasive cosmetic procedures. She is experienced in surgical and non-surgical skin-cancer therapies, as well as the diagnosis and treatment of skin abnormalities, including rosacea and acne.

Arriving a few minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment at Haley's Fairhope office, I waited only five minutes before being called in to see Erin Armstrong for an annual checkup. She is a delightful and competent professional whose experience inspires confidence and comfort while conducting a thorough examination. What more can you ask for in a health care visit? The entire staff was pleasant as well, so a five-star rating from me.

Haley was recommended to us when we moved to Foley. Our first appt. was scheduled a about a month out, but that was understandable. Our appointments are kept on time, which means they allow enough time for each patient. All of the staff there is very efficient, thorough, and all our questions answered. We have joined the ranks of those who recommend them highly.

This week I went in for the first time. I was simply amazed at how nice all the folks were. Dr Armstrong and her staff were wonderful! They made me feel like family. Getting checked for skin cancer is never a pleasurable experience. However, they made it so that I was not anxious at all. I highly recommend Dr Armstrong and all the staff there.

The staff, from reception to the medical personnel, is fabulous. I see Dr. Haley and Erin Armstrong, PA-C. The level of care I receive is amazing. They care about every patient and take time to go over everything and answer any questions you may have. I always feel comfortably at home discussing any issues I have. They have literally saved my life by identifying and treating melanomas I've had. I can't thank them enough. They are a Godsend.

When I phoned for an appointment for an annual check, I expected to be waiting a few weeks to be seen. Instead, I was scheduled very quickly. I always feel any of the folks I see are skilled and genuinely concerned for my "skin health". They are thorough and caring. I don't feel rushed. Went in for acne medication and treatment. Without even asking what my skin type is, very dry btw, doing a thorough exam or anything I was just prescribed the standard cream for everyone's acne. I knew it would dry me out and cause me to break out but I figured maybe I was wrong. I wasn't. Do not go here for acne unless you want dry skin that'll break out into a deeper rash.

Went for an annual mole scan. My precious doctor in Atlanta used a magnifying glass and documented everything she saw. The nurse practitioner at Haley never even looked at my entire body, took no notes, didn't check my scalp and the entire "exam" took less than one minute. Total rip off! Don't go here for a real mole scan!

As a guy, I dislike going into a facility that you can almost smell from outside. (jasmine?) Haley Dermatology is first and foremost a Dermatology office that has more latitude, allowing them to fulfill more needs. I reluctantly visited them because of Rosacea and was impressed, firstly because of their spotless office, and ultimately by the professional demeanor of the staff. Normally, I am loath to recommend doctors to acquaintances or friends but I truly am impressed by both staff and atmosphere. I think, in this instance they go hand in hand.
